When I went in they were very welcoming. Because this was my first time dying my hair and it was a big change I didnt have much of a reaction. At first I was not satisfied with the outcome. I showed them a picture and they sounded very assuring. After a few days Ive come to like my hair style. A lot of my friends agreed and a lot of them have said it looks nice and suits me, although, I miss my natural hair. BUT I would not dye my hair again after this grows out because I dont like the feeling of dryness in my hair. BUT I would go back for a hair cut, probably to cut off this dye. :) Thank you Kelsey for doing my hair for nearly 4 hours, I appreciate it and would definitely come back for a hair cut :))

Came in at 8:27pm, was greeted, then after sitting for 10 minutes I was told that they couldnt take me because the clients they already had wouldnt be done before 9:00. They said I come back in the morning, unfortunately I work in the morning, I chose this place because theyre "open" late enough for me to go after work. I went down the road to Great Clips where the stylist was happy to take me, I will be going there from now on. I wouldnt have been upset if they told me no when I walked in, but they wasted my time and put me in the position of going somewhere else even closer to closing time and being that guy. First and last time I go to Hair Cuttery!

Got there 20+ Minutes before closing, only to be told they dont have enough time, because the other girl wanted to go home. They offered to cut my hair tomorrow, but if I wanted it tomorrow I would have came tomorrow. Bad Customer Oriented Service. I went from LOYAL 5 year + Customer to NOTHING all in the matter of 10 minutes ! I wont be returning to ANY Hair Cuttery !

Absolutely wonderful experience! Everyone was super nice and the hair stylist Joyce did a wonderful job on my hair, Super nice lady and took her time and everything came out perfect! Will be definitely going back for my next cut.

I get my hair cut here all the time and have never had a bad experience. Theyre open late enough to take care of us working people and they do an awesome shampoo / scalp massage. Ask for Anna!

I liked the Customer service and friendliness of the staff. I had Anna and while the front was cut a little shorter than my norm, but it is only hair so it will grow back.

Gotten 2 haircuts here, Amber did a great job! I recommend her but my 2nd was not the best. Wasnt the worst Ive ever had but Id ask for amber when you go. Amber 5*
