What an awful hair cut... I told the lady same style I have right now but shorter. She couldnt erase the blend lines so she kept going up and up and up. At the end blend line still there and I look like woody woodpecker. To top it off she tries to change my face by telling me it looks perfect. Then she did not showed me the end result on the back and told me I was ready. She did not wash my hair as they always do and I always expect. Then she charges me the cut and wash fee!!! I was so mad I decided to pay and leave. I wont ever be back at this place. If you are a man dont go here. You are warned. Her name is Anita.

Dont go here if youre a guy. It cost about $20 for a sub par haircut, but thats not the worst part. The entire haircut was one long, horrible, forced sales pitch. The lady tried to sell me hair color to hide my gray hairs and shampoo and whatever else. She had no tact or personality what so ever. I cant decide if she was a worse hair stylist or salesperson but both were pretty bad. This was my first time going there and one of the other stylists seemed really nice and knowledgable so I gave three stars instead of one as i felt the business probably is better than the employee that cut my hair.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! I was a walk-in on Saturday and told it would be a 10 minute wait. Still waiting 35 minutes later, another person walked in and they were told they were next. When I protested they said, "Oh, yeah, after HER." When I reminded them that I had been waiting 35 minutes I got a snotty answer. I left. Either they are incompetent and dont know how long it takes to do their jobs or they deliberately misrepresented the wait time - Oh, wait a minute, both of those are BAD! And then to be rude to me on top of it. I will NEVER go there again.

Zero stars isnt an option. I am sickened by my experience with this establishment. I came originally to get chunky highlights. Left with what is shown in the photo. Today I made an appointment to try again. I am 100% willing to repay for the service. They take my appointment, I arrive and nobody has time to fix what they messed up. After they offered to have me reschedule (and rehire a babysitter) I give up. What a joke. Awful awful awful! I will be writting reviews everywhere to help others avoid this place.

Ive been getting my hair cut here for 2 years - always by Claudia. Its the best haircut I have ever had. She always takes her time and is a really warm and friendly person. Ive had strangers ask me all the time where I get my hair cut & Im always happy to tell them. Just make sure to ask for "Claudia"!

Worst place I have ever been too. Wanted a 5 on top and 1 on the sides, but instead she started from the middle and just buzzed it all off. These people do not know how to cut hair

Abosulitley terrible, the wait was rediculous. I had to leave becoause the wait was that long, almost a 45 minute wait. Terrible place terrible service never ever going back
