Ive been trying to find someone to cut my hair since moving to Spring Hill a while back. Hopefully Johnnie at Great Clips will be available in the future. She did a great job, asked several questions and had attention to detail. The setup was good (although I would prefer to be able to make appointments). Since I walked in and the wait was about 35-45 minutes, I added my name and left to walk around another store for a while. I came back in about 30 minutes and only had to wait about 2 minutes before being called. They also have an online check-in that I will try next time.

Went to get a long bob cut and it was absolutely horrible. It was so uneven, and looks like she just took a chunk of length out of the back of my hair, which wasnt even centered. It looks like she messed up a piece of my hair and continued to cut the rest. Not to mention, while cutting my hair she had to ask another stylist that was there ,"How should I cut this piece to make it look right?" I had to have my mom even it out and it looked better than how the lady cut it, and my mother is no hair stylist.. will never go here again.

The lady who did my hair did not do a great job. I asked for layers and it just looks like the top layer is just half the length of the bottom layer.
