Happy that theres an Ulta close by now, but ive had my hair cut by two different stylists at this location and both times my hair was a complete disaster, ..what i thought the other was fixing, she made it even worse. I have long hair with some layers in it.. its nothing difficult, but it looks like someone put a bowl on top of my head and cut blunt layers around my head. Ive never been so unhappy with a haircut in my entire life... It took me three phone calls in to get a call back from the salon manager to set up at time to fix it..I let her know i have a tight schedule and we agreed on a date/time.. a couple hours before my appt. she calls me at school and says theres a big time gap in between her appts. and she didnt feel like wating that long and asked me to come in earlier. I canceled and told her id take my business elsewhere.. you dont do that to someone who is already unhappy... I know its a new location but they need to get people that are more qualified in there. The staff is okay, but theres a couple girls in there that are unfriendly and act like youre bothering them. Ill keep my business in the Ocala store.

I walked in on a Friday afternoon. There were two associates sitting outside on a bench smoking. I looked through the makeup section. I had planned on purchasing new makeup and skin care products for an upcoming cruise. I browsed the area for more than 10 minutes and not a single associate greeted me or asked if I wanted any help. There was one person doing a make over which I had also planned on having done. Several Ulta associates walked past me, around me and generally acted as if I was invisible. After close to 15 minutes, I walked to the registers at the front of the store there were two employees talking and one finally asked if I was ready to check out? I explained that I was leaving since no one had helped me. I was very disappointed with their lack of attention and service.

I absolutely hate this ulta. Ive traveled all the way to the new port richey location just so I dont have to deal with the HORRIBLE customer service at this location. Ive been in there many times where either the girls are super rude or they dont wanna help you. Whoever is in charge of this store needs to start hiring people based on their customer service skills cause thats the most important thing. I went in one time like 15 minutes before closing which I was aware of and right when I walked in one of the workers said "you know were closing right?" And I said yes I know then she gave me and my mother that looked as if she was annoyed. If you are looking for people to actually do their job and help you and get you what you need go to the location in new port richey.

On there website it says exchanges are welcomed with or without a receipt. Tried to exchange a brow pomade and the "manager" basically said there is nothing she can do without a transaction history and acted like I didnt buy the product there. And that ulta would loose money over my $18 Anastasia brow pomade. Maybe if her attitude wasnt so bad I would have understood a little more for being a"manager" I would have expected more!

Super rude ! As soon as I walked in this black woman at the counter gave me a extremely dirty look ; went over even after she was rude to see if she could help me fine a Anastasia produce ; she seemed to be too busy doing anything but helping me ! this deff turned me away ; wont be returning to this Ulta or any other ! Every time I visit Florida this Always always seems to be out of stock of everything !!

Went in needing some new foundation and one of their employees Vanessa was so helpful not only did she help me find a foundation that perfectly matched my complexion but she was also extremely knowledgeable on all different types a make up and would be good for different skin types whether it was oily or dry I had a great experience at the store and will be returning

Loved raven. Ive been there multiple times and everyone seems to rush and not take their time to show me what products looks good on me or what not. But raven took her time to show me around what it good and what isnt. There were times where Ive given up on make up but raven helped a lot. Definitely will be going back because of her. Thanks raven!

I love this store. So clean n always set up well. The associates that work there r so helpful. I would recommend anyone with a love of makeup to check it out. They have samples n disposable applicators so u can try it before u buy it so you dont buy something bring it home n end up hating it because u couldnt try the color out before purchasing.

Roberto is the best! He has many ideas and is a great colorist. He always gives me the best haircuts! He is very personable and listens to his clients and does what they want. I will definitely keep using him as my stylist.

I would give give stars but they seem to always run out of brew products so quickly. This may not be their fault but I just wish they had what I wanted more often. The staff is very friendly and always helpful though.
