Fui a pelar a mis niños, de 4 y 5 años, me atendió un señor, llamado JHON, muy grosero, ponía caras largas, porque mi hijo más pequeño se movía, buscándome, y este señor se impacientaba, lo miraba feo, en fin, fue una mala experiencia para mi, nunca habían tratado tan feo a mis hijos. I went to cut the hair of my children, aged 4 and 5, I attended a gentleman, called JHON, very rude, put on long faces, because my younger son was moving, looking for me, and this gentleman was impatient, he looked ugly, All in all it was a bad experience for me, they had never treated my kids so ugly.

Today the august 20,2014, me and my son unfortunately went to this store for first time,the owner a white guy cut my son hairs and I was totally unsatisfied with the result ,while he was cutting my son hair a Spanish old lady was cutting my hair, I was completely clear with her regardless the type of hair cut that I want she said that she know how to cut it, after 15 minutes she was blowing my hair and I told hair that was not what I told her to do, she cut my hair from 15 years that I had in a cut that dont even had style ,she damage my hair, and the men who cut my son hair also did a horrible thing in my son head, that even you cant not call that cut, I do a better job at home that what this unprofessional people did in our head,and not only that, but the woman was saying that tha was the same hair cut from the picture and when I ck again the picture it was completely different she even did not want to admit with the picture in her hands that she was incorrect. I dont recommend this place ever dont give your hair to people with out knowledge and unprofessional .

Visited the new Great Clips today at 2622 W Hillsborough Ave, Tampa, FL 33614. Heres what happened: "First time here?" "Yes." "Ok, phone number please?" "Um... Phone number?" "Yes, we need it for our records." "I have to tell you my phone number to get a HAIRCUT?" "Yes, we need it for our records." "Ill get my haircut someplace else." Folks, theres no legitimate reason whatsoever for Great Clips to demand your phone number, and legitimate privacy concerns about announcing your number in a crowded store and giving it to a business that doesnt need it and wont tell you what they plan to do with it. Its a haircut, not a car loan. The only way this intrusion will stop is if people stand up to it. Stay away from Great Clips until they change this insidious policy.

This location is horrible. I been to other locations in new Tampa. But this location just had no professionalism. I had to walk out. I didnt feel right in that kind of vibe. They werent giving people the cuts theyre asking for. They kept throwing there suggestions in as if it was better. I question if they actually know how to cut in variety of styles. Seems like they know what they know and thats it. Thats a paycheck stylists. No pride in the work they do. Sorry but if you want all around quality cuts with quality service. Stay awa y from this location. Better service in other locations. Side note. If you noticed the owner only comments on compliments. But dont try to resolve their issues. Just shows the professionalism alone.

this place is TERRIBLE!!! my son and husband went their today to get their hair cuts and they came back really bad, my sons hair it doesnt look rightly portioned on both side angles when you look right at him and my husband his hair they cuts all diffrent size, We went their for the first time due to needing to get a hair cut done today and our barber was close at the time, the time is convienent here but I now wished we would have waited for our original hair stylist. horrible service wish we had readvthe reviews dont reccomend for anyone to come here. Wont be coming here ever again.

Worst hair cut Ive ever had. Cant remember the name of the girl but I remember her telling me she had just graduated beauty school recently. I had my hair cut all one length at another salon and later decided that I wanted layers. I decided to stop in to this Great Clips and have never had my hair chopped like I did here. I went home and had w good look at it and decided to go to another salon to see if they could fix it. The stylist told me she had never seen such a bad job. Now I have to wait for my hair to grow out for someone to be able to fix it. My advice is to stay away!!

My younger cousin went to get his haircut, but was turned away because he has AUTISM !! The hairstylist said that she knew he would move too much so she couldnt do it. How appallingly!! If everyone thought this way, then all kids with autism would never be able to get something so simple as a haircut. My family left upset and so embarrassed. How dare this business turn away someone for have a health condition. Thats discrimination! I would never recommend this place to anyone in my life and would encourage others look elsewhere for a haircut!

Woman was rude to other customers over the phone, expressed her displeasure so openly I almost left before beginning. After starting she didnt say a word as far as friendly conversation, which, whatever, to each their own. But she would not stop using each of my arms as a rest for her oversized stomach, and worst of all, literally burped on the back of my head without excusing herself, then opted not to fade my haircut in any way shape or form. Im searching for a second hair cut via Google as we speak. DO NOT GO HERE. EVER!

I was in a major hurry before a Halloween party today. I went grocery shopping and so it happened I saw this place in the same plaza. Alana cut my hair and did such horrible job I could not believe my eyes. My hair was not blended it looked like a 5 year old cut it. I had to tell her to fix it many times which resulted in raising the line about an inch. This cut looks crooked and just plain horrible. I got home and completely buzzed my hair off. I will never come back or recommend this place to anyone.

This place denied a child with AUTISM a haircut which is absolutely ridiculous & ill mannered of them to do. The staff member made my family feel bad for bringing their autistic child there & said it would be a inconvenience for her to do so. It blows my mind that a place of business would discriminate so ignorantly. Of course we took our business else where. I DO NOT & WILL NOT recommend this place to anyone. Rude staff & horrible atmosphere.

I like this place.. A quick haircut exactly the way i wanted.. I was with Trish today and she cut my hair perfect. I am regular visitor of this place and they just do your hair right.. I love this great clips coz i can check in online using my smartphone save time for being in queue. They also save your last time haircut setting so next time you are in, just tell them do it how u got it done last..and sit and relax! They do the rest!
