Took my son in the other day, he previously had lice, but we got rid of it and his "live" nits. Snotty woman says "Im sorry we wont be able to cut his hair today he has a couple of nits at the bottom of his hair." I told her simply that he had gone back to school and got lice and we got rid of them a couple days ago. She replied "Well if you just go home and comb those out of his hair then we can get him back in after 24 hours." So 1. Why in hell would I want to come back to a place where this snotty woman embarrassed my kid, 2. Why the 24 hour wait, and 3. Dont you think that since they should sanatize their combs and such that it wouldnt matter and they could just cut his hair anyway. If I couldve rated this no stars I wouldve because I am just flabbergasted that someone would react so rudely when she herself said shes been through the same thing. I will not be coming back to this establishment and I will simply learn to cut his hair myself.

I like the fact that I can get in and out of here quickly, even on a busy day. Ive always gotten nice cuts here. The prices are very good! The communication skills of each hairdresser could be better and a bit more discreet. However, if privacy is extremely important to you as a customer, go to a personally owned business where you have a scheduled appointment just for you. At this business, you get fast and friendly service, many hairdressers, and conversations happening all around for anyone to hear.

Just a tip for the pregnant girl Tiffany- Next time I wouldnt ask your client "Have you brushed your hair today" in a room full of people. Before they even sit down in your chair. over heard her saying this to a girl earlier then proceeded to say "you have a lot of scabs in your head". You could tell the girl was mortified. Great clips already has a bad rep for doing hair, at least work on your customer service skills.

horrible Experriance!! came in for a trim this past weekend and came out with two feet of hair gone. Do NOT let CINDY cut your hair!!! you would think seh has experiance because shes older. no. she cut my hair uneven 3 times and ulitimately my long hair that took forever to grow came out as a BOB looking cut! horrible.

We have used this salon for years. Have always been pleased. I do have favorite stylist, but have had to have emergency cuts when she wasnt there. Still was pleased. Im extremely apprehensive about my hair cut. You dont have to pay $50.00 for hair cut if you find great stylist who loves her job.

Worked there horrible place, lack of communication with customers and employees. Favoritism runs this place. Not everyone is too bad just certain people that just need to go, cut throat needs to happen before the business goes.

Asked to have dead ends trimmed...young girl butchered my hair, taking off 2 inches unevenly. Thank God for Salon578 in Liberty, where they fixed my hair for free! Will never go back to Great Clips!!!

I asked for a trim (2inches) an well got way more than I asked for. An not in a good way. Instead of just cutting the 2 in. I asked for she cut more like a foot. I was furious.

Darion is my stylist, she is always friendly, professional, and does great work . Prices are fair, $12 mens cuts. Never waited more than 15 minutes on a bust day
