While I do still recommend this place to those looking for cheap quality haircuts. I dont reccomend going on Thursday Mornings. We went last week Thursday (December 29th) we were the first customers in and my girlfriend wanted a Mohawk (which the stylist reminded us 10 times she hated cutting mohawks).(The stylist was a woman in her late 20s to early 30s with short, dark hair, last or second to last chair on the left side of the salon) She was slamming her phone down after checking it every 2 minutes complaining of a late coworker. My girlfriend stated the way she wanted it cut and the stylist in her exact words said "Thats gonna look f**king ridiculous" The whole time the stylist was jerking my girlfriends head back and forth, and when she got to the styling part. I got the lovely pleasure of hearing one complaint fired after another as she tried putting her hair into a mohawk, constantly slamming the hairspray and hairdryer down and yelling at her coworker asking "How the hell do you get this s**t to standup" I reluctantly gave a tip when we left, simply because I know how it feels to be having a bad day, but even then I didnt make my customers feel horrible for patronizing my place of business. BUT I do feel like this incident is related to this specific stylist, and not the entire salon as I had my haircut the day before by a more than helpful and polite stylist (first chair on the right).

Went there about 1 month ago, Took my grandson in for haircut, Brenda refused to cut it because he is Bi-racial, she was rude, crude and just down right mean with her words. ANOTHER young lady stepped in and said she would be glad to cut his hair, we hesitated at first but she (Amber) made my grandson more confortable, so we let her, she did a good job, I thanked her for treating my grandson with respect, she also trimmed my hair because after Brendas rampage noway would I let her touch either of us. But I have to say with the customer service we were given by Amber, I see her as an Asset to your company, but Brenda is a different story, if anything she is very much a big, hugh, gigantic, liability for your company, she is rude as hell, and me nor any other family member will patronize that particular salon again, and I have made it a point to tell everyone I know not to go there, unless Brenda no longer works there. That is really sad when a person that works with the public does not know how to treat people.

Truth Is

The women at this salon were extremely rude. They didnt know how to communicate. Brenda and the short haired older lady were cruel in front of children. We went back the next day to fix my daughters hair which had a huge shelf in it from the first hair cut we got there and we were told that they didnt know how to fix it. They also cut my daughters bangs way too short. She went to school crying the next day because she was embarrassed. Terrible customer service. Those women should not be employed in the customer service feild

Everyone here seems to do great cuts. I sit with my fav stylist when I go there. Salon is easily accessible, parking, and convenient to other shopping.... exercise too.

A woman with black short hair , was rude and offensive with my little 7 yr old sister cause she is mexican. Her chair was in the right lane and was towards the back

Great place when they have a special going on! Normal days are a little to pricey for me but this is one of the great clips that I actually recommend

Theyre not the best cuts. While some of the employees are good the others cant even shape a kids head up. My kid almost went away crying.

Called at 4:20 on a Sunday they closed at 5:00 said they had no wait but they would not let come get a cut wont be going there again
