Went in and asked for a cut with LONG layers (I emphasized LONG on the layers many many times) she even gave me two examples of where to start the layers, again I said LONG. After confirming what I wanted, I get home and would ya look at that! The shortest layers Ive ever had in my life plus bangs I specifically asked for her not to do. Im so upset! It looks so awful! The woman was doing way too many things at once, she was all in a tissy about the broken trash can and the interview she was in the middle of which she told me after I sat down! She didnt even tell me ahead of time so I could decide to wait for someone who wast as busy and as a result she ended up really messing my hair up!

Ive always been picky about haircuts (I dont like to fuss with my wavy, thick hair... so I need a quality cut!) Used the same styist for 17 yrs before moving to Ocala.. then kissed a bunch of frogs. Vicie at Great Clips gets it about my hair! (thanks, V!) The rest of the staff at this shop are friendly and professional. Customers are made to feel welcome.
