Went here before my wedding for a trim and highlights&low lights, and it was beautiful. Came back in months later to get my hair redone and it is awful... When I first walked in they didnt ask for my name so they could pull the card from my previous color...then I told them and they said they would pull it... The guy stood in the back "mixing color" aka bullshitting with the other lady working for about 15 minutes.. Im glad I wasnt in a huge rush. I dont feel like he really took the time like missy did the first time...didnt realize how bad it was until I got home to realize one side is longer than the other...highlights and lowlights look awful...you can clearly see where my roots had grown in and it looks nothing like the picture I showed them. My original color had 4 different colors and he only brought out 2 which makes me think he didnt pull my card. He told me I needed to stay away from the bleach but yet I hadnt colored my hair in about 7 months and they were the last ones to do it..only went back because the price was right. Last time I bought product, got my hair cut, and had 4 different colors of highlights/lowlights and only spent $110... This time it was $170 and the only thing different was I bought 2 products instead of 1. Also was upset because he told me last time I got a conditioning treatment and asked how I liked it.. I was a little confused and said I didnt remember it but trusted him and decided to do it again since he recommended it. Well it cost me $9 and I now honestly think I never got that last time I was there! After my cut he put some product in my hair to create volume (I have very thin hair) which I didnt really think I needed but it was too late. Well he tried blow drying it with that product and a round brush. I think the only thing he accomplished was ripping out half the hair from my head. I got home and my hair feels awful. Not soft like I just got it done. It feels stiff like it has too much product and now all it does is tangle. Sad because I cant wait to wash my hair. Needless to say I came home and saw the chop job and cried, now only because of how bad my hair looks but the fact that I paid almost $200 for my hair to look that bad.

I had gone and got a "TRIM" and I was charged $14.50!!!! FOR A "TRIM"! I didnt get a shampoo. She barely wet my hair down! This is way to much to be charged for a "TRIM"!!!!My bangs were barely touched. I dont think I will be back! Too much money! Thanks but no thanks Peggy Baker

First and last time Ill ever go here when in hear fao a high and tight, and couldnt get my hair even on both sides and looked like someone with no train cut my hair, so I have been going to sport clips instead been going there for 6 months now with no problem

I Walked in and no one welcomed me or wrote my name down for 10 mins. Great at trims but not at bangs. my bangs very roughtly done and were cut unevenly missing spots.
