Emma was just finishing with someone so I waited. Then someone else comes in and she tells me shes taking him ahead of me and Ill be next. What??Now Ive been sitting almost 1/2 hour waiting. She finishes that gentleman and proceeds to chat with coworker. I left after wasting my time I went to a different salon and am so glad I did! Terrible terrible customer service

I have been getting my haircut (as well as my son and occasionally my daughters) for at least five years. The staff is very friendly, efficient and professional. I always get a great haircut and I like the app for reserving a spot. I especially like Emma, Kate and Sierra. Great place!
