i was working on my spark plugs and coils with a local auto repair friend in his garage, and we pulled the first plug and it stripped leaving the screwed part of the plug inside. i was very upset, was told worst case if we couldnt get it out we would have to spend around 1500 dollars. i would have to pull the entire head off to get it out. i spoke with Chris Wilkinson and explained the situation. he said he has seen it before many times on ford f150 the Triton v8 but never on a 08 ford focus. the focus makes it easier because the plugs are right on top of the engine. long story short he worked his magic and used a method he has used before and got the stripped screw out so i could put a new spark plug in, avoiding the complicated and expansive method . he was very fair with the price and saved the day so i didnt have to pull the entire head off. saved time and money for everybody and trust me i spent no where near that 1500! i was very pleased with everything and recommend them to anyone for any car troubles!

Wonderful! I needed new shocks and struts, I bought the parts myself and they put the parts on for me which was nice because not a lot of auto shops do that. They also did an alinement for me, but since theyre new to alinements they didnt do it right but thats okay. All in all it was $230, very cheap! It only took 2 hours on a Saturday! The owner drove me home since I didnt want to wait which was so kind. I will definitely be going here for all my auto repairs.

We have just returned from a trip out of state, and had trouble with our Buick Terraza van. The garage we took it to thought it was an oil leak. Turned out it was a power steering leak, completely different and we took it to Wilkinson Auto Repair, they checked our records, found out they had done this repair before and it is covered by WARRANTY! I have never experienced a more honest repair shop. Chris & his crew will inspect your car from top to bottom. They will make suggestions as to what may need to be repaired BUT will also tell you if the repair can wait. When they get into a repair and find that some of the work isnt needed.......THEY DONT charge for it like so many other shops do. I cant say enough as to how pleased I have been with them.

Chris and his guys are awesome! They were the only ones I took my Jeep to until 2012 when I was in accident. Still have the Jeep and it will be heading Chriss way soon to get it back up and running for my daughters first car. They are always quick and being a mom with a tight budget I was never taken advantage of. Chris and his guys will always have my business.

I needed a radiator flush and the first time wasnt enough so the guys stayed well after close and flushed it once more to be sure it was clean, after this they made sure my heat was working well before sending me off, they were done in a timely manner and couldnt have been friendlier. The people are very nice. They know what theyre doing and will not hesitate to tell you what needs to be done. Even with all their business, they still manage to get to you quickly. Good payment options, however, they are a little bit more pricey than the others in the area, but for a reason. They also do the best job in the area.

I had a vibration on a used car I had bought. Turns out it was only loose lug nuts. They could have jerked me around but were very honest and when I tried to at least pay them for the half hour they had my car, they refused. This is hands down one of the better places Ive ever been and will definitely go back.

These guys are great. Not only are they extremely fair on their prices, but they go over the top and take time to explain things, if you want. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else for service, unless I broke down in a different service shops driveway AND I was 100 miles from Holly.
