LIED ABOUT WARRANTY. I was introduced to Ricky by another customer. The experience with the install and price were great. At the time of installation, Ricky told me that his work had a lifetime warranty. Well, 4 years after installation of the tint, the tint on my rear window started bubbling. I contacted Ricky with photos and he told me that the warranty was "1 year for illegal tint and 4 year for legal tint." I told him that this was different than what he told me, but whatever, I think it was 4 years ago, so it should still qualify. Then he never responded. I texted him multiple times about when he could re-do the tint on my car and he never sent a response. The worst part of all this is that I had a second car tinted by him as well, about 2 years ago. I guess now I just wait for the tint on that car to bubble without any sort of warranty replacement as well. Extremely disappointed with the business practices of Ricky Ngo.

I am completely satisfied with my experience with the job that Ricky did for me. He tinted 2 vehicles for me. He came to my house on a Sunday to do them. He was 15 min early for the 10am appointment. He was professional, cleaned up after himself and did both cars in 3 hours!!!! The price he gave me for 2 vehicles was almost what I paid for 1 vehicle to be done back in Illinois. He is going to tint the windows on my boat this fall. I cant say enough about Ricky and his service. I have already recommended him to all my friends. Thank Ricky!!!!

I highly recommend Ricky for window tinting. He arrived to my house early (which was great) and immediately started work tinting the front doors of my 2 SUVs. It only took them about an hour to do both cars, they cleaned everything up, and they charged less than the tint shop I had been going to for years... plus I didnt have to leave the house. Great service, my windows look excellent, and I highly recommend them!

I call Ricky for window tinting service on my car and they show up at my place right on time, Im living at snellville. Anyway, they did a very good job, my car look good and i am very happy with it. I dont have to pay for service charge and the price is right compare to all of the other window tinting shops. So call this service and check them out

At first I was skeptical because I pulled up to the address he gave and it was a home. But Mr. Ricky was very professional and did a fantastic job. I got the front 2 windows of my Silverado done and they look as good and the factory tint on the back windows(2 weeks out). Highly recommended!!!

Great guy, on time came to my house. Price was very reasonable. Very honest. After he left , I remembered, I had change in a change holder. Nothing was touched. He cleaned up before he left. His work is excellent.

Ricky did my sons Ram 1500 pickup truck and it looks awesome. He is quick and good at what he does. You wouldnt want to go anywhere else. It is best if you call him and make an appointment.
