I wouldnt give this place even one star, but that is the only way that you can write a review on here. I got married and wanted to get my wedding dress dry cleaned and preserved. I took it in on October 31st and was promised it would be done on September 11th for I could come look at it before they preserved it. A week past the day promised I called to see if it was ready for me to come look at it, after about 15 minutes on hold they finally found it and said " yeah its been here and ready for you to come look at" so I went to look at it. Before my dress was a bright white with a beaded top on it, I went to see it and was absolutely devistated, it looked dingy, seames where busted and torn, almost all of my beading was falling off. there was strings hanging all over some from my dress and some from I dont even know. I took pictures of it, the lady at the desk asked me " where did you even get this dress" acting like I got it from a resale shop or just a very cheap dress, which it was neither. They said they had a seamstress in Alagan where they send things so I agreed to have it sent I asked when I could expect it back they said they couldnt tell me that. So a couple weeks went by and heard nothing so I called to see if it was back after being on hold for 10 mintues they came and said they didnt know where my dress was at and that they couldnt find it, so they put me on hold again and told me it was still with there seamstress and couldnt give me a date or even a rough estimate of when they expected it back. And now it is January 2nd and I call and they still cant find my dress they have one they said in that they think its mine but they arent sure yet there is no invoice on it so they arent sure if it is even done yet. Hands down worst customer service and most disorganized place I have ever seen. Completely devistated.

Every time I come in, they give me an issue about cleaning the lint traps. They say they get cleaned every day, but from the looks of it, they dont. This one lady in particular is the worst, this is the second time Ive spoken to her where she has been rude. Regardless if they were cleaned or not, if I want my lint trap cleaned, it should not be an issue. I shouldnt have to ask three times. I shouldnt be left to sit for ten minutes, told Im being demanding, and then threatened with getting kicked out with wet laundry. Apparently being demanding is saying, "mam, can you clean my lint trap when you get a chance please?" After she threatened to kick me out, I started recording her. I will attach a picture of this lady, because she was not wearing a name tag, and Im assuming that she is the same one others are complaining about in other reviews. I didnt even bother to finish drying my laundry, because I didnt want to be there anymore. But just as I get ready to walk out, THE POLICE ARRIVE. Yes, she called the police on me, because I asked politely to have my lint trap cleaned. She didnt ask me to leave, that is not why she called. Apparently she was upset because I recorded her. Ive been coming to this laundromat on and off for 20 years. Only recently has there been problems. This lady took the police off the road over her perceived problems. That is absolutely insane. Plus, there was a hypodermic needle laying in the parking lot. Id rather hand wash everything I own, than come back here.

I had the same experience as Alyssa Albin. This used to be 24 hours, but now closes at 1 a.m. and the only signage indicates that last load has to go in at 12:30 a.m. (which is ludicrous, since most people are going to want to use dryers). So its 9:45 p.m. and I take my laundry out of the washers and into the dryers. As Im taking it out around 10:20 p.m. I have an extremely rude employee in my face about how "this area closes at 10 p.m. and youre not supposed to be using it" despite there being no signage indicating that any part of the laundry closes before the 12:30 a.m. time period. Then, the employee informs me there are other areas of the laundry I shouldnt use either because shes going to be shutting those down shortly as well. Not clearly informing customers of any special hours for internal areas and then siccing Godzilla customer service woman on people for daring to actually use the facilities is the worst sort of customer service.

I work long hours and this unfortunately is the only laundromat in my area that accommodates my work schedule. As I put my clothes in the dryer at 12:15 the washing machine got stuck and the lady told me my only option was to restart it and there wouldnt be enough time to dry it. So she started the washer and told me I was lucky she started it for me. (Lets keep in m ind it broke on her behalf not mine) then proceeded to follow me around being very rude telling me Im not allowed to do laundry this late! Im not allowed to stay past 1:30 even if my clothes arent dry. Complaining for 20 minutes about how people think they can come in here doing whatever they want and acting however they want and how Im disrespectful! And its not 24 hours and then told me shes going to lock me out if I leave after 12:30. The lady is a nut job and needs to be fired. worst experience Ive ever had at a laundromat in my entire life! Will never ever come back!

I was visiting Kalamazoo on a business trip and needed to get my coat cleaned. Not knowing the area I stopped at the first place I saw, there was a special going on so I decided to take my coat to get cleaned. This was Saturday I was told my coat would be ready Tuesday after 5. I come on Tuesday to pick up my coat and I was told that there was a backlog and my cold was not cleaned and would be ready Thursday. I advised the lady that I could not come on Thursday because I was going back to Arizona. Then miraculously five minutes later my coat was found and "clean", I was told that it was in the wrong section. After inspection of my coat it was just lint rolled because it had a stain on it. This was the reason I was getting my coat cleaned. Totally shady, I had prepaid my cleaning, and would not refund. **Ridiculous

Stadium Discount Coin Laundry is great when it comes to cleanliness and accessibility - open 24 hours. The employees dont seem very happy, though. I went in this evening to use the 5-load washer and dryer for the linens on the beds in my house and the employee acted very irritable. This is not the first time this has taken place. Its just not the same since the unfortunate events occurred that resulted in the older gentleman no longer being with us.

A coin free Laundromat! All laundry is done on a laundry card, you can either load the card with cash, or a credit card. Laundrymat is clean, with free wifi, air conditioned in summer, heated in winter and plenty of food nearby to feed your face while your clothes clean.
