This gym is awesome! They have a ton of group fitness classes that help me stay more motivated than using regular gym equipment. They also train you how to use all of the weight and cardio machines. The classes do not cost extra and this place is highly competitive with prices. I even get a discount for having BCBS insurance. Infrared sauna is a nice perk too.

I joined this gym about 6 six years ago and have not regretted it. It is a great place to work out and I met wonderful people who I now call my friends. If you want a fun, non-judgmental gym to go work out at, which also offers great classes and instructors, this is the place you should go.

Fit for women is a great place to exercise. It is fun to meet like minded women and working out together. I love Zumba and there are exercise machines and all sorts of classes for everyone. You wont go wrong if you join us at fit for women.
