This Box is the best! The only thing better, are the people who come here. They (we) have a solid group that encourages and supports one another. Im an older guy (50) who spent my life keeping fit, working out one way or another. I was amazed to find so many flaws in my form, which were a direct result to so many of my body aches and ailments. The owner Chris, its a good guy, he will give you a gentle push or a kick in the ass, depending on which one he sees fit at the moment. His special attention to proper form and his WOD (classes) make it interesting and fun every day. Thanks Chris and thanks Champion club friends.
