I was originally a member at Lifetime Fitness but it was too expensive...and then they had a Bacterial Meningitis scare so I switched to Sola. I love it! Ive been a member at a lot of different gyms and Sola is probably my favorite. It is very clean and not busy. Even during the most busy part of the day you can always find the machine you want. Some of the amenities they have include a lap pool, hot tub, 1/12 track, free fitness classes, private locker rooms with saunas, and more! I was told the average age of patrons at Sola is 54 because there are a lot of people who use the facilities during rehabilitation. Its also very close to home. Definitely recommend!

Lets start with the open house in which a 5 minute wait for a tour turned into 1/2 hour. Facility is nice and clean but not kids friendly at all. If u r a parent then u might as well look elsewhere. I was told several times and assured by staff that open gym and swim time is great for families. It was NOT. Open gym was occupied by older teenagers who occupied the gym with loud music and intense workout. Family swim time is restricted to few hours a week and was occupied by regular members it seemed like. Again, if u have kids then the place is not for u.

I signed a year contract and was told over and over again that I did not need to do anything to cancel. They kept billing me in January, told them to stop in a written notice via email. I called, left voicemails, and sent emails, but did not get any response. They continued to bill me for a second month, in February. I called and emailed, and finally heard a response from a business manager. She wanted me to fill something out and sign it , saying I was responsible for January and February. I dont think so. Shady business tactics, will not be coming back.

Transferred here from Lifetime Fitness! It is a little costly ($117 for a couple) but it has everything Lifetime has without the wait or busy parking lot and equipment. First workout here was this morning and i couldnt be happier. took me 40 minutes to do what would normally take 2 hours at lifetime! I dont know what the guy below me was looking at but this one has a huge daycare for kids as well as a court and play center.

The Management of this establishment is completely “Goat Roped!” Once a member for four years when they first opened up, then they let the original manager go… and the place went straight to hell, and NEVER recovered!!!

We joined Sola so we can do our resistance work out in the warm Therapeutic Pool - much more economical than actual therapy, of course... Sometimes they run out of towels or soap. Im sure that will improve with time.

They charged my credit card without authorization, please do not give them your credit card information. Used to be a good gym but has consistently gone downhill since they opened.

Perfect place to work out, whether youre burning, lifting, running (indoor track), swimmer, yoga practioner, etc. A pretty complete facility within a hospital system.

Their sport center is not maintained well. Some lights are off for months and is not replaced instead of repeated request.
