I had my car done here awhile ago at the direction of my insurance company, and shortly after my car was put into long term storage. I just took the car out 2 months ago only to notice VERY POOR execution in their masking process, as well as their ability to put body work back together. It looks like they broke my new front bumper, but instead of fixing it properly of getting another one, they rigged it--which resulted it poor fitment. None of this is noticeable until you look closely, but when I tried removing my bumper is was more than apparent. these guys love to use glue and epoxy in places that are supposed to be removable; I guess they thought myself or the dealer wouldnt try removing the bumper >:O Also, there were parts missing initially, and I had to go back more than 3 times for them to get it right....not that they got it right because they just used epoxy to stick everything on! that being said, the paint matched very good and to the naked eye it doesnt look bad.

I was hit in the back and my insurance company brought it here. They cut out my rear doors just to make an estimate that was 5000 over the threshold so the repairs will not be done and now my van is worse off than when I brought it in. I wish I could put the photos on here to show how they hurt my van. My license plate was cut out to force open the rear doors and they simply just placed it back into the hole thinking I will drive off with it like that. If I did the plate could fall out and I would be pulled over. As of this time they refuse to put the van back the way it was and simply intimidate me when I question the bill with some bald headed muscle guy that they have for people they screw over. Avoid at all costs. They work with Allstate to simply make themselves money. Go to an actual body shop if you want work done.

After a somewhat major side impact collision, I was referred to Sterling Autobody to repair my TrailBlazer. They called every few days to let me know how the car was progressing and also provided a free rental car. When I got the car back it looked and drove exactly as it did before. When I was hit, my large drink spilled all over the car, I assumed I would have quite a mess to clean up when I got it back, but to my surprise Sterling cleaned the interior of my car as well. The paint match of the car is perfect, underneath you cannot see any evidence of the damage. I would absolutely go back to Sterling if I ever needed to.

Horrible experience they dont stand behind their work and use cheap materials to fix your vehicle. Had to take my car somewhere else to have it properly fixed. Very unprofessional office staff eager to get your money, they say they will warranty their work but they dont. BEWARE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE save yourself the headache. BIG COMPANY NAME but not good work take your business to a local place learn from my mistake.

My sons car had extensive front end damage due to a hit and run. I did not think it could be repaired. Chuck and his team did the repairs as quickly as they could, while maintaining the safety of the car and it looks like brand new. Could not be more impressed.

Right now I and pretty happy with the service but my Heat is not kicking in despite it being very cold outside. So I need to muster up enough courage to call them back and ask them to honor their warrenty
