Cannot trust services on the quote and paid for were actually performed. A GM 21 point inspection "quality check" form is provided as part of the service of an oil change, ranking the inspection as green-yellow-red, (like a traffic light), whether something needs fixing on a 21 point inspection needs attention. Unfortunately the rankings are often wrong. For example, my brakes were rated as yellow, meanng "fix soon", even though I have just had them replaced with the highest level pads available and the rotors turned. I was concerned over that obvious blunder in accuracy so I started to check other thing that were supposed to be performed. Tire pressure was written down as corrected to factory specifications of 35 pounts, although my tires looked low after the oil change. I checked 15 minutes after leaving the dealer. Actual pressure was 23-25 pounds in three of four tires, not the 35 on the sheet. I had to wonder - was the oil actually changed? Did they install a new filter, or just charge me for one and leave on the old one? Were the right areas lubricated or did they say "someone will catch that next time". I took my truck back to the dealership and had them do the whole Lube-Oil-Filter job over. I figured this may have been one service guy being lazy, and gave them another chance. This was after all where I bought my truck. They sent out a coupon for L.O.F. that included a tire rotation. Noticing there was some wear on the outside edge of my tires I decided it was time. I waited an hour, got my truck back and drove away. The first time I stopped and looked at one front tire. The same wear was visable on the front tires edge, but not on either back tire. They obviously did not rotate them. I looked at the lug nut covers, wheels and tires. They were still dirty (they were supposed to wash the car after an oil change, but did not do that either!). If you remove a tire there will be obvious disturbances in the dust or dirt on a tire or wheel such as a hand print where it was carried or lifted, or tool marks on the lug nuts that they had been removed. These were undesturbed. I called immediately asking if they use witchreaft to remove tires there since there had no evidence that the tire rotation had been performed. The service write-up person checked with the technician (I presume the oil change guy) who did the service, who of course insisted he indeed rotated the tires. I was told to bring the truck back in so that the tires could be roated if I thought the service had not been performed. Why should I need to do this? Why are the services I already paid for not done, and I have to catch them and hold them accountable? What is my time worth to have the service done a second time? Was the oil actually changed? Was the lube work done? What else did they skip? There are plenty of other places to get service done on your vehice in the area than this dealership where you will not have to question the service departments honesty and integrity, and where you will not have to make return trips for basic services to be completed. You will also not have to wonder about more complex services that cost far more and then wonder what dod they not do right, or were any parts removed left out or steps skipped to complete a job fast in order to make their numbers.

I am torn on how to rate this review because I have had completely different experiences for the Sales, and Service department. I would rate sale as 5 stars, and service as 1 star so I will settle for a 3 overall. Sales________________________________________ I leased a 2016 Silverado from Kevin Yencer. Kevin was great and made sure to always stay in contact with me and get me answers quickly. He also stayed at the dealership after it closed to accommodate a test drive, and having a problem with the paperwork (not his fault) that took longer than we thought it would. He also worked with me to get me the truck that I wanted, for a fair price and I feel that I got a good deal. I cannot speak about the other sales members, but I cannot recommend Kevin enough. Service_______________________________________ I have yet to take my Cobalt to this dealership and not have problems with it. Some of the smaller problems that I have had were, for example, them telling me that my car would be ready by 9AM and me having to wait until almost 10AM which caused me to be late for work. The biggest problem I had though came from a simple request to have my tires rotated. Fox service had messed up the tire rotation the previous time, so I drew a diagram labeling where I wanted each tire to go (the standard cross, and back) and i marked each tire so I could check afterwards that it had been done. I picked my car up in the evening, and the white interior of my car was COVERED in dirt. I cannot express to you how filthy and disgusting it was. It was on the door, on the shifter, on the arm rest, the floor, the steering wheel, everywhere. I babied my car and it was in immaculate condition prior to this so I was livid. I took the car back and told them this was unacceptable, and they washed it up a bit but it never came out of the cloth on the door and was permanently scarred from this. Finally, after I got home again I checked the tires, the they had rotated them incorrectly (same as my previous trip). I took the car back and told them they made a mistake, and that it needed to be redone to the way that I had asked (the standard tire rotation pattern, mind you) and they again, did it incorrectly. Not a single tire was where it was supposed to be. Finally, on the 3rd try they got it right, however, they did not flash the tire pressure sensor monitor for the "LF" reading to match the (new) Left Front tire position. I had asked them about this before I drove it away and they assured me that they had done this but that was clearly not the case. I am hoping that this was a one time fluke with an employee who has since been fired because 4 giant mistakes in one day, on one car is absolutely ridiculous.

First, I never write reviews but after my visit, I felt I had to. I visited Bill Fox Chevrolet to look at a Silverado and a Camaro SS. I was met by a salesman who seemed irritated and volatile. I was surprised with his attitude and never felt like he truly wanted to sell me a vehicle and that I "the customer" was wasting his time. When I asked to see a vehicle he said "....Uh huh". He then turned around walked outside without telling my wife or I to follow him so we stood there like idiots for about 30 seconds trying to figure out what was going on. When I finally found him outside near the vehicle, he showed it to me, and while I was impressed with it, he seemed again to be very uninterested in showing me features or talking about the vehicle or answering any questions thoroughly without saying "yeah" "uh huh" or "sure" After he showed the car to me, he turned around and walked away again without telling us to follow him inside or directing us to his desk. My wife and I went inside and had to find him again. When we located him I asked him about lease deals, which he told me they were bad, which is fine but when I brought up vehicles I own and that Id like to replace one of them with either of the vehicles I had mentioned and looked at, he insulted one of my vehicles by saying "those are in a different class, they are practically giving those away, thats why you got such a good deal on it". Im almost certain they are not giving away $85,000 sports cars. I felt that was completely erroneous and felt his utterance was very insulting. I was pretty excited to visit this place because I always see their great inventory from Rochester Rd. as I drive by. After my visit, Ill be visiting a different dealer to make my purchase and maybe even shying away from chevy all together until I can get phenomenal customer service from what I thought was a great dealer and trusted brand.
