I too have recently received bad work from Action One Automotive. In my case, while repairing the motor for the driver side window, they broke the door handle control panel such that it would not stay in place. To fix it, they used glue which would now make it impossible to take off the panel in the future without breaking it. According to the Chevrolet dealership, the Automotive One technician took the panel off incorrectly which made it break. The cost to replace the panel is $600. Saad, at Action One says they will not cover the cost of "poor quality parts" and that they break all the time. I am going to pursue filing a complaint through the Better Business Bureau and the Michigan Bureau of Automotive Regulation. I suggest that others with bad experiences do the same.

Im writing this on behalf of my wife. We took her 03 Ford Mustang with a 103K miles to Action1 Automotive for a squeaky noise coming from under the hood. Turned out it was an issue with the belt and pulley assembly and certain major components had to be replaced. They took the car in and fixed up everything while we sat back and relaxed. The fair pricing along with a friendly team was the combination that we were looking for and we found it here. We recommend this place because of the honest team, fair pricing and a hassle free experience.

I have a 2006 BMW getting up in miles. Action 1 provides a prompt diagnosis, service, and they take the time to explain what they are doing or have done. I know enough about what is going on under the hood (just dont have the time or special tools to do the work myself) to understand the issues. They do good work and reasonably priced vs. a BMW dealership (however, with BMWs nothing is cheap). I would certainly recommend Action 1 to others and will go back myself - just hopefully not too soon . . .

I met Saad and Action One about six years ago when I was involved in a front end accident with my Mercedes. My insurance adjuster recommended them because of their foreign experience which says a lot. Since then Saad and the Action One Crew has taken care of my vehicle, not just collision wise, but all of my mechanical and maintenance work. Ive stayed here because they are the best, and are courteous and treat me with respect.

Action one has saved me thousands since I began going there a few years ago. The Troy Jeep dealership wanted to charge me $2400 for repairs on my 06 Cherokee and Saad and the guys over at Action One did the work for 1/3rd the price. Its great to have a mechanic I can finally trust after years of feeling taken advantage of by other scam artists in the area. I only go to action one and suggest you should too

Nothing!!!.Rude!!!!!.Poor customer service..when I told about poor service... Saad told me not to come back to his shop...lied to me about tire pressure...asked to help me with number plate...Never took care of the plate...lied to me that he didnt find the plate..when I had given specific instructions over phone...looks like just want to make make over volumes....Never go this shop...

Very satisfied with their customer service! The owner Saad made me very comfortable and was good at breaking down what was wrong with my car for me to understand. Not to mention the work he did on my car lasted and he would check in with me to make sure I was maintaining it correctly. They really go the extra mile! This is now my number one stop for car repairs! Never had a problem!

I have had nothing but good experiences with Action 1. I brought my mustang in for a new master cylinder. It worked great for a while, but developed a slow leak. Saad had it fixed it for free, and eventually replaced it with a new master cylinder at no charge to me. If all mechanics were as accommodating as Saad, there would be a lot less new cars on the road. Thanks Action 1!

Honestly best place ever - I went in because my brake light was flashing my brakes were squeeling and it wasnt stopping well.... I was planning on everything being wrong with the car - he could have said x-z is wrong and I would have paid ... Turns out my emergency brake was up . BEST place ever for not ripping me off .... Made my day - its a hour drive but Im Making it again

My Odyssey was hit in the back by another car which resulted in a big damage. Action One repaired my mini van. Except for that the repairing time is a little longer than I expected, the work conducted is very professional. Also the price is in a reasonable range, I am happy with their great job and will recommend this body shop. I will go there again for any repairing.

Saad is the best! Great customer service. Fair price for body work/rust repair on my van. These guys offer towing if needed too. While I had the van in for bodywork I had them fix a few other necessary mechanical things. Everything was done to my satisfaction. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

Saad and his whole crew are awesome. Ive never had an issue. Super friendly! I drive an old beater truck and he has diagnosed for me and I did the work myself. Hes shown me how to fix some stuff for myself, and all the work hes done on my truck has been perfect. Go see these guys!

Pretty great bunch, were polite to me even when I didnt quite understand what was going on. Very good pricing (beat the quote I got from another shop by 50%) Will likely go there again with car issues but hopefully that will be in the far future.

Over priced, bad customer service and totally disappointing. I went there after reading all these good reviews but was a total waste of money and time. Will never go there or recommend it to anyone unless you have a lot of money to throw at them.

Had an awful experience with Saad from the beginning. He told us that we needed things replaced that did not, and when we went for a second opinion, we were found to be correct. Very glad we didnt except his high quote.
