MY TOP 10 REASONS FOR ONCE AGAIN SELECTING B&K COLLISION TO GET MY AUTO REPAIRED. 10. its a family type operation. 9. the same location for so many years says much. 8. adding charm and charisma to their excellent business sense puts customers in a special comfort zone. 7.special consideration to everyone; ie. you need your vehicle back when? you got it. you need a ride? you got it. 6 unbeatable pricing! 5.repair arrangements with surrounding municipalitys for vehicle repair speaks volumes. 4. proven,unsurpassed quality workmanship. 3. being so successful by using mostly word of mouth advertising says a whole lot. 2. when seven year old Eli gets to be the big boss, there just may be a computerized football game thrown into every deal! And the the # 1 reason to take your vehicle to B&K collision; when combining excellent workmanship and best pricing with their we want and so appreciate your business attitude, it makes little sense to go anywhere else.

I needed some work done on my F150 tailgate and took it to B&K for repairs based solely on the rave reviews of past customers on the internet. I live in a northern suburb which makes Melvindale a bit of hike for me. Was it worth the hike????? I need to say that B & K Collision did not exceed the standards for service and workmanship. They are the standard. These guys are the real deal. My first day there, "they met me" at the trucks door asking what they could do for me instead of waiting behind a desk for me to make it to them. I had some transportation issues the day the work was scheduled and they saw to it that I got home. Then, at the end of the day, when the work was done they brought the truck to me. We discovered a minor mechanical issue and they sent two guys over the next morning (to my home) in order to fix it. The work done looks fabulous. The paint matches and looks original. Again, was it worth the hike? Without a doubt. Great job, guys!

About a half hour from ending a visit with our son in Detroit, we were involved in an accident that left us without a car to drive home (3 hours away). B&K was one of the preferred facilities in the area suggested by our insurance company to do the repairs. After dealing with them, we see why. Every time my husband called to check on the status of the repair, they were polite and informative. When the work was done (within the timeline they projected), they made sure we knew it was ready. We were cutting it close to return the rental car when it was due back, so they offered to meet us there with our car. That was a huge relief. To top it off, they treated us, and everyone else at the rental center, to a doughnut and a smile, handed off the car, and allowed us to walk away from the experience feeling like we had been taken care of and treated well. Oh...the car looks great, by the way. Their work is apparently as good as their service.

awesome. family has been going here for years. someone hit the rear quarter of my truck and did a significant amount of damage. took it to B&K. they came out, looked it over, wrote up some paper work. i was in and out in 20 min. 2 days later came back to get truck. looked as good as it did when it left the dealership. couldnt tell anything had happened . i had some questions bout some rust spots and dents in other areas and instead of trying to sell me on the job they told me how i could fix it myself and save some money. i would highly recommend them. but whats a review ? honestly only way for you to find out is take your vehicle there at least once and see for yourself. everytime ive used them i was satisfied . i took vehicles there around 6 diff times myself. never a bad experience. but thats me.maybe im just lucky. or they just do good work. find out for yourself.

My nearly new Durango RT had a metal gas can fall on it in the garage, putting a dent in the drivers door and taking some paint off. Stacey gave me an estimate that was less than the dealers and I felt that he really cared about doing a good job. It turned out to be true. These guys were able to get my car in within a few days and they got the whole thing done in less than 2 full days, I couldnt believe it. They called me when it was done and even stayed late so I could come get it. In addition, they replaced a burnt out bulb in the tailgate and touched up a couple screatched for no extra charge. Brad has about the bets customer demeanor Ive ever encountered. Ill be using these guys again someday, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service. High-Quality work. Reasonably priced. They went out of their way to meet all of my needs. I did not have collision coverage so I had to pay out of pocket. They planned the best repair for the lowest price. They made me feel like family. They gave me a ride home and then dropped the car off when it was finished, and I live 12 miles away. They even did extra work and did not charge me for it, out of the goodness of their hearts. The car was returned clean like just off the showroom floor. I will always recommend this family owned business. They took the stress out of my stressful situation. Thanks Brad, and all of your family and employees!

I went to B&K Collision to get my broken Hyundai Sonata bumper repaired. I was a little apprehensive in the beginning but after reading excellent reviews on Yelp, I decided to opt for their services. I was surprised by their quality of work. Its A++++. Very professional group of people who take customer concerns very seriously. They understood my concerns regarding color harmony and the results were excellent. No doubt, they will be my first choice in future as well for any body shop work. Highly recommend to everyone who is looking to get automotive body repairs at very nominal cost without compromising quality!

Was involved in a minor accident, when a lady backed into my drivers side door and front fender. I live really close to the Westland location and stopped in to see what they had to say. Bill helped me with the quote and also talked to the ladies husband that hit me. Very professional service and was done quicker then expected (which was a very big plus for me!!) I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs repairs. My car even smelled better when I got it back after they cleaned the inside for me! Great bunch of guys! Thank you for an excellent job!

I wouldnt go anywhere else. I could not believe what my car looked like when I picked it up today. I could not even tell I had work done on the rear bumper. I also thought it was amazing that the inside and outside of my car was cleaned. I do not know of any collision shop that does good detail work as B&K. My car was also done when they said it would be, they helped with prices on the rear bumper and my deductible, and ultimately, they took great care of my car and they all were very respectful and dedicated to their work.
