I have to say that when it comes to getting/ needing a new roof, it was not very high on my list of things to be happy about. But....then the day came and we "really" needed one. So I happened to pick J&J Roofing from Roseville, and it turned into an early Christmas present for us! We called, they came right away for an estimate, ..they called me, we set a date ( that very same week. :), and "VOILA!" We had a new roof by that afternoon, with everything cleaned up and looking like no one was even there. TOTALLY AWESOME! !!! I will proudly recommend this company to anyone in need. They did the job, were very friendly and cleaned up everything before they left. J & J Roofing...be proud of yourselves. You did a great job and we thank you!

J&J was beyond unprofessional. Took them two days when I was promised it was going to be done in one day. Tried to lie about what materials were being used and how much. Then tried to over charge me. The supervisor and on site foreman were never on the same page during the whole process. They are liars and when called out on it they made every excuse to cover their end. Not to mention they subcontracted, when I was told they do not subcontract and have their own crews. The crew showed up two hours late to the job because "guys were running late to work". Then they left at 1pm when I was told they were staying until 5pm. I would never recommend them to anyone. Terrible experience.

Very poor work, shingles blew off with winds under 30 mph-they fixed for free 2 times then charged me the third time and shingles still blew off. I climbed on the roof and saw nails popping up where they repaired by driving nails in the exposed parts of the shingles which made holes in the roof that leaked. They also did not properly install the gutters. They are not sloped properly so the water does not drain out. There is standing water which attracts bugs/mosquitoes. I now have a bad roof that is only 15 years old and has had holes put in it by repairs made by J&J Roofing.
