After a big storm I had buckets all over my kitchen floor catching water that was pouring through the ceiling... these guys came out and walked us through every step of the process of getting it fixed. From throwing some tarps up to initially stop the leaks, to working directly with my insurance company and getting me a brand new roof quicker than I would have thought possible. They were very professional and easy to work with- having a manager on site to walk me through what all they were doing was really helpful as well, and the construction crew only took two days to have a brand new roof installed. They even fixed some of the interior drywall damage from the leaks that wasnt their responsibility, which saved me the trouble of hiring someone else later on. Id definitely recommend these guys if youre concerned about your roof.

Ryan was very helpful through the whole process of restoring our roof, and as a homeowner of a four year old new home and I had concerns of an original installation that did not hold up with the amount of wind at our location. The effects of wind were continuing to occur and repairs were very costly. I interviewed 2 other companies, and I knew after talking with Ryan and Great Roofing and Restoration, that they would stand behind the installation and the whole process would be arranged step by step and completed successfully in a timely manor. We had a variety of work done and everything was amazing. We originally called for chimney and masonry work on our 1864 home in German Village home but found out there is much more here than just roofing. We had a new tile floor installed and stairs rebuilt as well. All of the craftsmen that came out were incredibly skilled and amazingly talented. They showed up on time, were professional and very tidy. It was a pleasure to work with them. Everyone was responsive and answered all my questions and all for a very fair price. We look forward to working with Great Roofing in the future.
