I had siding & gutters done. We had some hiccups along the way with the crew working. However, I brought these to Jerrys attention and he was able to have the project completed to my satisfaction. I even changed my mind on a vent after siding was done in that area (was no longer needed) and they removed the vent and patched up that area of siding. Looks great. Im really pleased overall and it has added a lot of value to my home. We used the craneboard siding and I love it. I will say, if you have shrubs along your home that are small, remove what you can and set aside. I do wish that this would have been brought to my attention before work began. Some flashing had to be fixed and the electrical wire coming into my home was originally left just hanging there. The manager/overseer of the project came out twice personally to fix/address these issues and I really appreciated that. In the end, Im very happy, but glad its over! p.s- They tell you to remove items from your interior walls & shelves before work begins, do this! They will fall. Nothing broken, but I learned real quick I missed a few things! lol

So far we are extremely pleased with our three new replacement Velux fixed skylights that were installed by APCO. Two of our previous 35 year old skylights leaked when it rained and the third one dripped from condensation during the winter months. All my research lead me to Velux skylight products. Skylights have really improved since ours were installed back in the 80s! I checked around with reputable remodelers around my area of Columbus and they recommended APCO for the purchase and installation of the skylights. APCO did an excellent job of explaining the removal and installation procedure and in tracking down the manufacturer and color of the shingles on my roof. The APCO installers did an outstanding job of installing the replacement skylights and customizing the interior fit to my needs. We had decided early on that I would repair the drywall damage from previous leaks on my own once the skylights were installed. Both the Velux product and installation seem very professional. I would recommend both Velux skylights and APCO installers.

New color matched storm windows on 1903 Victorian in Victorian Village. Absolutely outstanding quality and service from sales to installation. There were a few delays but all were acceptable and were also communicated to me right away. John in sales explained the product and procedure. Steve and Robert, our installers were fantastic. They were here well past 9:00 pm and were determined to get the job done right. I would absolutely recommend them for replacement windows. We also ordered gutters at the same time along with Gutter Guard. The crew showed up and installed the gutters on the garage but did not install the gutter guard. There was an issue with the gutters that were to go on the house and accessibility given the proximity to the neighbors house. So were kind of in the dark on that project and can seem to get a call back. Overall: absolutely for windows. More to come on gutters.

From the welcome letter prior to the first appointment until the final touch-up , everything was first class. My salesman, Vince was very knowledgeable and professional but more importantly, he listened. Jerry in the service department, kept me informed every step of the way. The installers worked diligently - they started early and worked well into the evening. Due to some rain, they finished during a holiday weekend. They cleaned up the yard as they worked. I had a door replaced with a window - it was done in only 2 hours! I was amazed! There were just a couple of minor things that needed tweaked and those were taken care of promptly. I am very pleased and proud of the finished results! I would definitely use them again and recommend APCO to anyone needing their services.

We recently had our gutters replaced and gutter guards installed on our home. Initially we were unsatisfied with the work. Some of the gutter guards installed on our gutters were a different kind than were were shown and told were going to be used. I contacted APCO to discuss the issues. They did resolve the problem and I received a personal phone call from the president of the company to apologize for the issues we had with our job. No one is perfect and APCO ended up making it right. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to others.

John/sales was great. Very responsive timely friendly helpful. Carlos and team were very customer friendly considerate listened to all my concerns and explained everything Ill wanted. Jerry was a bit delayed on getting back to me on screens and final gutter fix. But in the end he was very customer supportive and followed through quickly when he was on project. Horrible windows. Horrible customer service. The old let me take you name and number and I will have someone get back with you. After 3 calls over 3 months I finally got to talk to someone. Their answer was , "We dont carry or service those windows any more. Send me an email and I will send you a name of someone who can help you." Im still waiting. Not holding my breath. Working on getting all these POS windows replaced with a reputable company.

I am a return customer to Apco. My first purchase was over twenty years ago. Recently, I purchased ten vinyl windows, and I plan to return to purchase seven more to complete my house.The prices are very competitive, and the service is remarkable. Marlo waited on me and answered all my questions in a thorough, and professional manner. Ill be ordering my second batch from her as well. Good people make customers want to come back. Strongly recommend.

The work completed seems to have been done well. The amount of time it took for someone to come do the work seemed excessive to me. I am also upset that no one called me ahead of time to tell me you were coming. I was about to call and ask when you were going to do the work after more than a month had passed, but then I received a bill in the mail and walked outside to see that the gutter had been fixed. It was an OK experience overall.

Very professional and good communication. Mike my sales rep was very helpful, and the communication via text messaging was very appreciated. Chris our contractor was a god send. He was thourough, repectful, and an all around fantastic human being. I am bkessed to have made such a wonderful friend. I whole heartedly reccomend APCO for your home improvement needs, and I would recommend Chris but I plan to kerp him busy for some time!

I had a great experience with APCO. The sales process was straightforward and very reasonably quoted. My job was scheduled quickly and within 4 weeks, I had new windows - windows that I love! The only thing that I didnt realize (and has been a recent change), APCO does use sub-contractors, which Im not a fan of that practice, but understand the cost-effectiveness of it for businesses.

Ive watched APCO install siding ony my neighbors house in bexley. A few things have stood out: -The worker had his younger than teenage son working all day on the job. -The worker did not have any safety gear on when he was ~40 ft up on some metal scaffolding/bars. It was scary for his safety looking at it. It is clear APCO does not care or emphasize the safety at their company/
