Edit: Eric responded shortly after I posted this review and sent the quote. Updated rating to 3 stars due to professionalism, still low due to the long turn-around and not receiving calls back. Don’t waste your time with this company, you will never get your quote. On April 4, Eric came to our house to assess our roof/attic damage and give us a quote. He looked at the situation, explained what he thinks the problem is and what he would recommend to fix it, took measurements, and said that he would email us a quote. I explained to him that I needed the quote as soon as possible in order to get it to our insurance company, and he said that it wouldn’t be a problem. Fast-forward 1.5 weeks and we had not received a quote, and our insurance company deadline was approaching. I called the company and left a message. The receptionist (I believe) called me back and said that Eric had a lot of work to do but would get the quote to me that evening. Three more days go by, still no quote so I called again, this time with no response. I have called three more times since then and still received no response. This is even more upsetting, since it makes it seem as though they know there is a problem with how we’ve been treated and they are now avoiding us. We got an extension from our insurance company but not a long one, and we need it by the end of the week. Furthermore, every time it rains the damage gets worse and we are unable to get it fixed until we get this step done. I’m now doubtful that we will ever get a quote from this company, and am upset that they have wasted so much of our time. t’s been 20 days since the inspection, that should be more than enough time even with the recent high volume. I don’t understand how this company is so highly reviewed if they can’t even get back to their customers within a reasonable timeframe. Don’t waste your time.

I had my roof, siding, and gutters done by Paramount. I wish there was a way to give them a rating of 4.8, The workmanship is spectacular and my house looks awesome. They kept me updated on when things would happen and what I should expect. I had a hole in my roof. They made a special trip to improve my patch until they could get my roof done. There was snow on the ground when my roof was completed. The roofing crew came back after the snow melted, to do a proper cleanup. If your only getting a roof done I couldnt recommend a better company. My siding also looks great, however the siding cleanup was not as through as I would have hoped. I was told they would return in a few days. After waiting about a week and a half, I finally purchased a magnet of my own and found over 60 nails, I cleaned aluminum shards from my grass and driveway, fearing a flat tire or my dog getting cut, and wires were left hanging loosely. In the end I am happy with the overall results, my house looks nice, updated, and no more fear of water. Eric and his team do solid work. Update: Cleaning issues have been resolved.

I found Paramount on Angies List where they also receive outstanding reviews. The 5 star review I gave is well-deserved. Eric, the rep. from Paramount, is very professional. Both Amanda, at the office, and Eric are very prompt to return calls. Eric thoroughly answered all of my questions and patiently offered his input as I chose a shingle color. Eric temporarily sealed the bad spots on my roof for the winter on the same day he did the estimate. It held tight until spring when I could afford a whole new roof. The workers were very polite. The clean up was outstanding, with the workers quick and willing to fix any (very minor) messes I pointed out. The new roof looks great and has held up to a couple of very heavy rain storms so far. I also found the price quite reasonable. Only time will tell how well the roof will hold up, but I dont expect any problems from Paramount if I have any issues. I can see them being quick and willing to hold up their end of the warranty should the need arise. I would definitely recommend Paramount to a neighbor or friend.

From initial contact to final cleanup, Eric Reno from Paramount Building made our life easy. They are a very easy company to work with. I never felt any pressure to do one thing or another. Their integrity and knowledge are superb. In addition to a full-roof replacement, we asked for a new vent to be run from our master bathroom and were quoted a price to run the vent. When the job was done we noticed that there was no new vent. Eric told us that the way it was presently run was already the proper way to run the vent and that the way we asked for would have not been proper according to industry standards. They could have easily just run the vent the way we asked and charged us for it and we would have been none the wiser. Thank you, Eric and the entire Paramount Building Team.

We are local animal rescue group with a shelter building used for housing rescued dogs. Due to recent bad weather our shelter started to incur serious water issues causing flooding of the cages. We called on Paramount to see if they could help us with replacing our dated, broken gutter system and downspouts. When we spoke to Eric about the urgency of the situation, he squeezed us into their schedule and expedited the job. In just a little over a week, we had all brand new gutters with downspouts and a dry shelter. They gave us a great rate for the job and allowed us to open our shelter back up to full capacity. Great experience from the first call made to schedule appointment. Eric spent a lot of time assessing our needs and made great and honest recommendations. Large work crew arrived who worked efficiently and proficiently. We were impressed with the attention to detail and the efforts made to remove debris created during the process. Onsite "sweeps" the day of the installations well as follow up visits a few days later. Erics final visit to assess the finished product was comprehensive. We are very pleased with the process start to finish and were happy to recommend Paramount to our good friends who subsequently contracted with Eric for a new roof.

Paramount Building just installed our new roof on several buildings and did an excellent job, The install team consisted of two lead installers, DJ and Matt, that were always on site to oversee all the work being done, In addition, owner Eric, stopped by while the work was being done to check on the progress. Once all the roof installation was completed, Eric did a final walk through and made sure we were completely satisfied. Paramount is an awesome company from the initial quote, scheduling. workmanship, and communication, through the completed follow-up. Paramount is an outstanding builder. They emphasize a high level of communication constantly responding to the customer. The service required a 2 layer roof tearoff, new roof installation 4000 Sq, insulation of the attic, and gutter gaurds. The materials offered were of high quality and and advanced. The entire job was completed in 2days. The clean up was positively remarkable. The building crew were always professional and curtious responding to the customers needs. Since the roof install I have rendered Paramount for a window replacement. I truly would recommend Paramount for their building expertise. Thank you for a positive experience.
