Originally hired this company after a recommendation from our home inspector to have them do some general work on our roof fixing nail pops, replacing some flashing and fixing some rotted facia on the dormers. I decided they had a good price and placed a $750 deposit in September. with them telling me they would be out in 2 weeks to complete the work. At the start of the 3rd week I contacted them for an update on when they would be out. At the time I was informed it would be the next week. At the end of the 4th week I reached out again and was told that their production manager would reach out to me and never did. On the 5th week I reached out again and this time spoke to the owner who told me the production manager would be reaching out to me and again nothing. Finally the last week in October 26th I told them that if they werent out doing work by Friday the 28th I would initiate a chargeback with Amex. The production manager assured me that they would be out and even called on that Thursday to confirm. Friday the 28th at 5pm I had to call Amex to initiate the chargeback. Finally on Tuesday of the next week the production manager reached out to me to say they would be there on Wednesday. I refused the service. I understand weather delays and that projects get shifted but the total lack of communication from this company was ridiculous. Dont waste your time with these people.

Stay away from this company unless you like paying $900 an hour for labor. As part of the Angie’s List Tune-up, they identified 2 plumbing vents that needed repair. They installed Perma-Boots and led me to believe the hardware was expensive and the installation was time consuming. I later found out the retail material cost is $25 a boot and the installation time was about 10-15 minutes. They proceeded to charge me $500 for the repair. When I confronted the owner of the company as to why the charge was so much, he came up with several bogus reasons including they have a $500 minimum trip charge. Since they were already at my house doing the pre-paid Roof Tune-up, I don’t feel that should apply. Plus the repair person offered to fix one for $300 or both for $500, so a $500 minimum is not true. If you are looking for an honest company, look elsewhere. I was able to get 3 additional quotes from other respectable companies and the average repair would have been $275. I thought a small business with Angie’s List would be competitive and truthful but not this company. The owner did grudgingly give me a 10% discount but that was too little, too late.

Unbelievable service. I found these guys on Craigslist. After reading several reviews I was a little skeptical but I always noticed the owner always replied to the reviews in a professional manner and had reasonable justification for any complaint so we decided to give them a try. The office girl was professional and took the appointment. Naaman (the owner) showed up on time for the appointment to which I was late and he waited for me. The guys that installed the fence were some of the hardest working guys Ive met and seriously knew their job. They worked until dark every night and through the 4th of July weekend so that my dogs didnt have to stay inside any longer. Despite a couple of spur of the moment changes I had to make they still got it done fast. The fence is absolutely beautiful and everyone that stops by loves it. I couldnt say enough about Naaman, I highly recommend him.

We had a 5 star experience with Ohio Roofing Solutions! From start to finish, they did an incredible job not only identifying the problems we had with our current roof, but helping us select the best options moving forward. Naaman worked with our insurance company directly to work out the details and made sure we were in good hands when it came to replacing our roof. Knowing nothing about roofing, I was very leery on what type of shingle to get, pricing, etc - but Naaman kept us in-the-know and really put us at ease during the entire process. The roofers were done in a day, did a great clean up and the guys came back days after the roof settled to do a final scan to make sure everything was good to go. Highly recommend these guys and will definitely be passing their information on to anyone needing roof work!

They were honest and communicated with every changes or issue. They are easy to work with and the quality of their work is amazing. My house looks brand new and I love the way they paid attention to every detail. I will have them do many more jobs for me and recommend them to everyone I know. Great Job and I am thankful for contractors who are honest and easy to work with.

The job was completed in one day and the process was seamless. The roofers cleaned up all debris and left my yard cleaner than they found it. I recommend this company fully!!!!!!
