Being a WMUZ listener I came across RAM Residential and contacted them to schedule a visit to our Church for roof repair. For 2 months they played a waiting game had a technician call me and said he would come out and just wait for a call in 1 to 2 weeks. This never happened, after nearly a month of waiting I called back again to reschedule a site visit, same story scheduled one day then called back and said we are over booked and then rescheduled again. Finally the day they were supposed to come out I called in the morning to confirm the time they said they canceled the appointment since they could not get a hold of me the previous day, when asked did you leave a voicemail their claim is that they dont leave a voicemail. IF THEY ARE THIS IRRESPONSIBLE NOW CANT IMAGINE THEIR ATTITUDE IF AWARDED THE PROJECT Jibu Palathanam

Living in Sterling Township sucks sometimes. It is brutal on the exterior of my home. A branch dropped off a tree nearby and did some harm to the side or our roof. I was thinking about repairing it myself, but I do not know crap about how you can do this kind of stuff. Therefore I had to call a roofing repair place. This guy shows up and understood what he was doing (Thank God) and fixed my roof up real fine. It is looking good now. They do other kinds of home improvement work, so I am thinking about having them come back to check out my insulation.

They did the work right, and they fixed it right the first time. You may not note that to usually these days.
