Spent roughly $15,000 on services. New roof, and other home repairs, they forgot permit for roof, and didnt properly attach a gutter, and two separate occurrences of aluminum they attached to the house coming off. I asked for someone to inspect all the work and document what they found, but they didnt do they, they simply reattached the piece that fell off... Left voicemail promptly following their visit. Owner is now refusing to call me back for one week because he is on vacation... A simple phone call could fix all of this, but he refuses to take my calls or call me back for a week. Terrible customer service. Roof is great, soffits look nice, but fascia and freeze board are another story, having problems and Al (owner) seems to BS his way through each phone call about why my problems havent been fixed yet... Stay away.

Weatherseal and there roofing crew were worth the wait, they were about two weeks out from the other four bids we got for scheduling for the install date. The tear off crew with that clean up buggy thing is incredible my neighbors were so impressed with how they carefully moved around the landscape and most of the debris made in the tear off buggy. Then the shingle installers had the roof complete in a matter of hours at the end of the day it was like they were never there besides the sign in the yard. I wish there was a 10 star rating because thats what I would give this company. The professionalism and timeliness could not be beat, and working with the owner and his crew was very easy. They have done an entire remodel/gut job on our interior, and also put in windows, a roof, and many cosmetic upgrades as well. Its hard to find that perfect combination of a job more than well done, ease and comfortability of working with a crew, and quality materials. We highly recommend them!

These guys our great the day started with them being half hour early!! They had the production set-up perfect with everyone playing an important role and tear of and put on in one day! I have two young kids so I was worried about nail and staples and stuff left behind. The outside of my house was cleaner when they left then when they arrived!!! Plus everyone on huge crew was not only nice to my family but also got compliments from neighbors! Thanks Weatherseal
