We just moved into a new home. The roof needed some repair and the inspector said we should go with the company who put the roof on initially. So we called Dick Baker roofing. We received an estimate which was mailed to us. We signed, agreed to it, and mailed it back. My wife called to be sure they received it. They said they would get back to us to schedule the appointment. After 2 weeks of not hearing from them I called the owner and then the next morning a guy showed up. The issue was I had 5 other people doing things on my home. Later that afternoon, the receptionist calls me and says she wont be able to send anyone out to work on the roof until 4:30pm? Huh? The guy was already there. Communication is terrible. The only reason I give it three stars is because they fixed my roof.

Great prices, very nice people, an overall quality service. Got a new roof put on after I noticed leaks in my previous roof that was put on eight years back from a different company. I went to the shop and the receptionist help me browse a wide variety of roofs that would fit my house. We found one I loved so we made a deal and they were out there working on it the next week. Speedy process and beautiful outcome! Company gets an A+ all around.

If you like roof leaks after they put a brand new roof on, this company is for you. We have had two in just under two years. Their insurance policy is, they hope you have it because they dont warranty any of their work. I would never work with this company or recommend this company to anyone. Beware.
