2015 - We are a large commercial company with over 300,000 sq ft of different types of both flat & peaked roofing. We were looking for a reliable local roofing company who we could partner with to be our go to roofer who could do it all. We entertained about ( 6 ) quotes from both large & small roofing companies. Brent w/Ascent roofing had great references + great pricing. One of the many pluses we liked about Brent as an owner was that he was on the job coordinating the work and he also does follow ups for several years after the job is done. We had Brent install both a shingle roof and a flat EPDM roof with great results. Brent was intrumental in petioning The Italian Village to get approval for the shingles that we wanted to use. We are looking forward to working with Brent for many years to come. Brent is a common sense owner who will work with you to achieve your goals. You can count on Brent to fix your roof correctly and if there is something that you are unhappy about he will stand behind it and make it right. Brent will do you a great job at a fair price - you wont be disappointed w/Ascent Roofing. 2016 - This is the 2nd year that we have partnered w/Brent at Ascent Roofing and we are still very happy w/his workmanship and attention to customer care. Brent installed an EPDM roof on both 1st & 2nd floor of our front office - which stopped a 25 year old leak "FINALLY". In addition Brent shingled another large bay which needed an old metal fan shroud removed too. He has worked w/us finding solutions for every obstacle that has arisen. He is a man of his word and still runs his business the old fashioned way where the customer is king. We now have a 20 year manufactures warranty on all ( 3 ) roof systems. 2017 : We have had Brent - Ascent roofing as our only roofer for three years now and I have to say that he has done a fabulous job for us. He goes the extra mile and will work with you until you are satisfied and make your roofing needs complete. Clark Grave Vault had Ascent Roofing do another huge shingled bay and an EPDM valley too. He got all the permits - even with Italian Village for custom shingles. If we have a roof problem its so nice to only have to call one number and feel comfortable to not have to send out ( 3 ) bids to look at. This is a huge time saver for me and CGV Co to know that we are in good hands with Brent.

Im not one to typically write a review like this but I wanted to share my experience. I contacted Ascent roofing as well as some other roofing companies to estimate a complete 2 layer tear-off and replacement or an investment property we have. The owner, Brent Cornwell, personally came to do the estimate and to make the initial contact. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable he was also the most competitive price I received. He evaluated the condition of the trusses, sheathing and attic insulation to ensure no mold or water issues would result from the previously leaking roof and made suggestions for upgrading the ventilation system to keep it nice and dry. I had scheduled the job a few weeks out and on a Sunday we found out we had an opening the very next day (Monday) where they could possibly get the roof done. 1 Call to Brent and he had the materials arranged, on a Sunday, and the crew out the very next day to complete the job. I was VERY excited when I got to the job site after work and the property looked like no one had been there, the cleanup efforts were exceptional and the roof looked great. Brent followed up asking me to meet him at the property to do a final walkthrough and took me on the roof to show me the work that was completed, including some upgrades to meet current building codes. He was very proud of the finished product and so am I. I would highly recommend Ascent Roofing for any roofing, siding or window job without hesitation.

One of Ascents technicians came out to our home for a roof and gutter tune-up and even though our roof was just put on in 2011 did a great job of identifying a couple shingles that had come loose (a small piece of one that had actually detached below a window from all the wind and rain lately), caulking some nail heads that must have originally been missed and resealing our windows in a few areas where it could have become an issue down the road. We had never done a tune-up before, but like the heating and air conditioning tune-ups its probably something that makes sense every couple years to avoid problems. We had a leak in a roof before and that was no fun! We were referred to Ascent by a friend and for us, getting a contractor that answers the phone consistently or at least returns a call can be half the battle. They seem to have a couple people in the office helping out and who were all professional that we spoke with. Their roofer that came out was a really nice guy who helped explain a couple simple things he fixed and didnt try to invent a problem that wasnt there. He did let us know of their gutter guard product which is something I think my boyfriend will splurge for, considering how much he hates cleaning the gutters from the large trees that dump leaves and the helicopter things constantly. Well definitely call Ascent for our roofing needs going forward and would eagerly refer them to friends and family.

While searching for a contractor I always try and look for a local business to help out in my community. Sure you can use the big named contractors but you only become a number, a dollar figure, or worse-someone they dont care about. I also look for Veteran owned businesses so I can support other Veterans and their families. While researching I ran across Ascent and called their office. Ironically the owner lives down the street from me. Of the four bids that I received Ascent not only beat the price of all others by quite a bit, Brent spent quite a bit of time with me asking questions, explaining all my options, as well as making recommendations. My two day job was done in one long day. But his crew never seemed to stop. I picked up a few pieces of paper and plastic while they were cleaning. I placed them in my recycle bin. The crew actually emptied my recycle bin. You couldnt even tell they were there. Well, except for the amazing new roof they put on for me. Oh, forgot one thing. It was trash day that day and when I returned home they had brought my trash can and recycle bin up to the house. With Ascent you are not just hiring a roofing contractor. Youre hiring Brent and his team who work hard and respect you, your home and property. If you are looking for a roofing contractor call Brent at Ascent.
