To Whom It May Concern: In the winter of 2017 I decided to have new windows installed in my home. Built in 1980, many of the “original equipment” items had been replaced over the years except for the windows and sliding patio door. Approaching 40 years of age, I felt the time had come to update these items to more efficient ones. Concerned about the quality of the products to be installed and the “character” of the company doing the work, I moved forward with caution. Overall, I contacted nearly a dozen companies during the process, gathering prices and product information from each. I also perform extensive research on the internet, trying to find a company with consistently positive customer comments. Here is what I found – All companies had a significantly high number of complaints. And although the BBB gave an A or A+ rating to nearly all of them, each had few positive comments, except for one. All of the sales people that came into my home were professional and presented their information in a very positive and upbeat manner. It was, however, clear to me that the presentations had been rehearsed and fine-tuned so they could be given flawlessly. Only one sales representative was “down-to-earth” and focused only on his product and company. It seemed that most everyone was quick to diminish the quality of the products sold by their competitors…even calling into question their financial soundness and past reputations. Only one company sales person promoted their product only, without mentioning other companies or products in a disparaging way. All claimed to have a high quality window and patio door. But while looking at their samples and comparing comments from each of the companies, only one window included all of the features I was looking for, while staying within my budget. In the end, I chose the one company that consistently stood above the rest – Feazel. The Result I could not be more pleased with my decision. The quality of the window and patio door was unmatched for the price, and the professionalism of the men completing the installation was superior to any contractor with whom I have ever worked. Was everything perfect? Of course not! Was everything that was not perfect handled in a way that exceeded my expectations in all respects? Absolutely! Feazel was the one company that stood out above the rest in all my areas of concern and the quality of both product and workmanship validated my selection of them. And based upon the comments of past customers, my experience is not unique. If you decide to trust Feazel with your project, I believe your experience will mirror mine. Dean T. My experience with Feezel has been excellent...I have never worked with a company that has been more cooperative and responsive to the many requests i have made from them...i am usually out of town most of the time and they worked around my schedule to accommodate the replacement of the roof...They were honest about the opinion of different type of shingles and accessories needed to get the job done....I have not had any problems with the roof since its been installed back in Nov of 2013...Matt has been great to work with along with others who made the job possible....During the installation of the roof they notified me that one of the shingles may have caused a little tear in a canvas of the awning we had...they replaced the full canvas by contacting the company that installed it and paid for it in full...During my shopping for a company to replace the roof i had interviewed with 4 different companies and finally i decided to go with feezel after a neighbor who also recommended them to me and was glad i did...Dont hesitate to use them.

I would not use Feasel again. From having my roofing install date changed 4 days out to droppng off trailers and shingles in the middle of my driveway (with no plan of doing any work) so as not to be able to get in or out of my garage for two days. Cleanup was so poor that i almost ran over someones hammer and a pack of nails with the lawn mower that were left behind, not to mention strips of metal everywhere. It then took 6 mos to get someone to file the paperwork correctly to my insurance company so they could reimburse me correctly. Too many times i was told "i will take care of that" and "this has never happened before" only to get a bill later and find out nothing was taken care of. I could go on but be careful with them if you choose to use them. I choose not to. I will say the roof looks great but not worth the stress.

Ever since a tree fell onto my detached garage, damaging the shingles, gutter, as well as demolishing part of my front deck, I had been looking for a contractor to fix everything back to the way it was before without it costing an arm and a leg. Feazel Inc. has done just that, and beyond what I had originally expected. Feazel Inc. was quite fast in getting the repairs done, and they communicated effectively when they would do the repairs and how long it would take. There were no runarounds, they simply got the job done and that was it. Although they specialize in roofing, they were courteous enough to recommend someone who could fix my deck at a fair price, and do a good job of it as well. My detached garage and deck doesnt quite look the way it did before, but for the price Im pretty satisfied. Highly recommended.

Exceeded our expectations! We worked with Joe Lutz at Feazel Roofing after a recommendation from a neighbor. We called/emailed him late on a Saturday night when we noticed a leak in our garage. He was at our home at the first sight of daylight to inspect our roof. We had some serious damage due to high winds, so he worked diligently with our insurance company. He sent in requested documentation, pictures, etc., and made himself available when the adjuster arrived. Joe was very knowledgeable/accurate and the adjuster agreed completely with his findings. Joe had our roof scheduled promptly so we didn’t have to endure additional damages to our home. The crew arrived at 7am and worked until the job was complete. Our new roof looks amazing! Had someone from Feazel come do an estimate on 2 skylights in my home (6/14). The guy went up on my roof and told me it only needed to be re-glazed and the flashing around the window was fine. Then went back to his truck and wrote up an estimate for $1,181.00 !!!! He told me that they would have to put new flashing on in order to re-glaze (which is not true). The next day I called another company in town. The guy who came out was honest, told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it on the spot. He re-glazed each window for $90.00 (and told me that new flashing was not necessary) which also comes with a 5 year warranty. Yes thats right, I saved $1,000.00!! I will never call Feazel again!! They are dishonest and are only out there to take your money. Feazel = RIPOFF!!!!!

Tree damage to the roof and gutters. Today the roof went on and I was told that the gutters will be about two weeks out. So far the experience has been excellent. The project manager Scott Widmyer has been very helpful and has explained everything. I was not able to be here for the install but made it back home to check out the finished project thus far. There was a considerable amount of wood that had to be replaced. Scott took pictures to assure us that everything was on the up and up. I greatly appreciate all the attention to detail. They went over the yard with a roller to make sure that we had not stray nails laying. (No flat tires) Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to the company and their customers.
