Shadowoods lived up to its reputation as an honest shop. Great hours. Friendly, helpful staff. I took in a 1998 vehicle that was leaking oil expecting the worst. Rich explained that it could have been one of two things (a $1200 job or a $450 job). Understandably, he said they wouldnt know for sure until they looked more closely. Given the age of the car, I was afraid itd might be the $1200 option. BUT it turned out to be the cheaper one. I also mentioned that the brakes felt "mushy." A lot of shops would use that as an excuse to tack on another $300-400. They didnt. Told me the breaks were fine. Ill be going back for all my auto repair needs.

Unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I was referred by Firestone up the street for my tire to be plugged. Came in at 4:30PM on Sunday and the lady at the counter said she "couldnt pull any guys off of their current job. Come back tomorrow." I had a flat tire so I really shouldnt be driving around on it. I asked what time they closed she said 7:00pm. So Even though the reviews have been great and I was referred by another business, they couldnt manage to plug a tire in a 2.5 hour time frame. Needless to say, I wont be back and wont refer them.

Wonderful, friendly service. The guys showed me what was wrong with my Saturn and informed me of maintenance items I should take care of soon. They cared about my car like it was their own -- I appreciate that. As a woman, I did not feel they were talking "above" me but with me. I highly recommend anyone to try them out and have the great experience that I did.

What great people. I was in the area for a seminar when the engine light and other lights came on in my car. I didnt dare drive across state without having the car checked out. They fit me right in on a Saturday. Fortunately it was a very quick fix and they didnt even charge me. I was in and out in minutes. Thank you so much!!
