I have been coming to this same Midas over 30 years. My biological family and my Midas family have grown together as though being one large extended family. When my children were young and things were very tough at times, Mike, Bob and all the rest of the guys would never let me drive my car if they thought it wasnt safe. They have taken care of us truly like family. The people here are kind, thoughtful and will always do their best to keep you safe. The men here, are the same men who have been here as long as I can remember. The simple fact that there is no turnover speaks volumes about the company and mostly management and a loyal and well trained crew. I feel badly for the people who have not shared my experience but I can tell you, after this many years, this many interactions, countless fixes their professional demeaner, decency, integrity, honesty and the endless smiles will keep me coming here no matter what is offered anywhere else. There is a lot to be said for loyalty which seems to be in short supply lately. I hope you will seriously consider and even reconsider giving this awesome business another chance. You will not regret it.

I paid $100 for them to charge my air conditioner that worked three days I went back on the hottest day of the year and they wouldnt even recharge it for me!!.... They wouldnt fix the leak or anything I had to wait for service for the longest time and I even made an appointment and came early. They treated me with the utmost disrespect. I dont know if it was because I am a woman but they talk to me like I was some kind of idiot. He was telling me something about if he had a magic wand then maybe he could be able to fix my car, and some other sleazy disrespectful crap!! When literally the time before that they were trying to sell me everything they possibly could for my car a tuneup, Front end alignment, A control arm and ball joint, and my car is a 2012 Ford Focus!!

Extremely broken hearted. I came in to see why my car was shaking and was told I needed four new tires for around $500. I had them do two stray bars and an alignment for $300. I wasnt able to afford the tires at that time considering I make $10/hour and am a single mother. Glad I didnt because it turns out after having several people check my car that I have plenty of time on my tires. My father has also been in there and they told him he need a new radiator wjnn in reality he had a brand new one. I feel ripped off and tooken advantage of because Im a female. This place deserves to go out of business, I work too hard to be lied to.

Used to take my car here all the time. Had a lot of work done over the years and always felt they were fair. About 3 years ago I took my car in for some work, and they told me I needed new brake pads as mine were too worn, but i remembered getting them done not long before that. Started taking my car in to a family friend who was a prototype mechanic for GM and the first time he looked at my car i told him midas said i would need new brakes, he looked at the brakes, and laughed, I got another year out of those pads and then sold the car with the same unworn pads on.

This place is a major rip-off. I had brought my grandmothers minivan into them to check the rear brakes. And they came back with a 380.00 bill. I knew that didnt sound right, so I declined the service and he was really short with me when I told him I wasnt interested , and to please put the car back together. Later that day I had a friend of mine look at the car, and my friend showed me that not one thing was wrong with the rear brakes.

I took 2 cars and 1 truck in two days to this Midas location. I had maintenance done on all brakes, broken front wheel joint 4 wheel drive, greased, and replaced muffler among few other things. My experience with their crew has been excellent. Exceptional attitude, efficient service and through briefing on the repair and preventive Maintance. I will definitely use their service again. Thank you for a great experience.

This particular MIDAS have VERY HELPFUL CREW... MANY TIMES to my RESCUE when I NEEDd Vehicle assistance. Mike { Counter BOSS) is considerate to your NEEDS for vehicle REPAIR... CREW R to the POINT of any problem that is wrong; let U know what to expect.. help w..solution.. if able... THIS MIDAS WONT "SNOW JOB" U/vehicle issues ☺SOME REPAIRS may "catch U by surprise

One Monday I was convinced that my engine was about to blow. I took my car in that following Thursday and had it back less than 24 hours later running as if it were brand new. Clean , organized , professional & friendly . I own a chevy equinox with a "stabilitrak service light on " for days . When i showed up at this location , they were able to squeeze me in right away and fixed my car . The guys that work there are awesome ! I highly recommend this location to anyone in need .

No matter who is there to answer the phone or help me at the service counter, it is always nice to have these guys there to help. They will never sell you on something you dont need. Great staff! They work on both my 1997 Sonoma and 1999 Monte Carlo whenever I need service.
