It was pleasant until I got to the counter for check out. The signal was going out so my coupon was having trouble re-loading. The woman at the register SENDS ME OUTSIDE to try and get the coupon to come up, it wasnt working. Then when I came back in she had a copy of it in her hands and yet still acted like I was an inconvenience and not a customer. This is not the first time I had to deal with defensive, rude employees from this store that have minimal problem solving skills. I tried this location because its the closest one to my house and thought Id give them another chance. Then, on top of that after the woman told me the coupon took 20% off the whole bill, I go back and see she charged me full price for my salon service! This makes no sense! Im sure this is not a reputation Ulta wants for their company but why would anyone do business there again if this is how theyll get treated!?

1 Star because of the convenient location on my commute home from work but they never have anything in stock!! I would say the last 5 times Ive stopped in to pick up a few items before going home for the night that they are completely out of stock of most items on my list. I dont understand it! lol One item in particular is ALWAYS depleted (NYX concealer), but I have walked out of there with only 2 of my 5 items many times. Its extremely frustrating. So much so that I stopped in today, they didnt have my concealer AGAIN and I walked out without trying to find the other 6 items on my list. I cant support a location that cant keep up with the demand (that or doesnt restock their shelves). Im done with this store, Ill try again next year to see if anything has changed. UGH.

I liked the store itself but the employees werent friendly or helpful. No one offered assistance and some merchandise had stickers that showed them to be on sale when the sale ended several days before and nobody bothered to remove the stickers leading us to believe we would get them for a certain price. The Livonia location is much better.

The staff is very nonchalant compared to Sephora. There not good help at all. I go in the store frequently because its by my house but its always a waste of time because they never have popular products that I use. Even if online it says the store has it It doesnt!!!!! Find a different ulta!!

Great selection although I feel like it can be slightly disorganized and rarely restocked. Some of their sales are amazing and worth searching for. This particular location is slightly difficult to navigate in and out of, its right off of Woodward.

I Love Ulta not only for their awesome nail polish, perfumes, and hair supplies but they also have Great Deals! And if your looking to get your Lip & Chin waxed ask for "Becca" shes the Best!

This ulta is on Woodward it was nice and the staff was helpful. My only problem is that is was an extremely busy store with long lines and wait times.
