Unprofessional, rude, bad customer service. If you do rent from them double and triple check before leaving that they gave you everything otherwise they make twice the money by renting out something they didnt give you and then making you pay to replace.

Nice prices but the customer service is on the low end of the spectrum, Not including the office lady that answer phones. The guy yelled at me for no apparent reason.
