I grew up just down the street from the Sorensons (starters of the company) and worked at a location down the street from the original. I was always lead to believe we were held to a very strict and high standard being so close to the originals and having the owners so close to us. That being said, I cannot speak high enough of this location. The sandwiches are always full, delicious, and fresh. The staff is always friendly, and Ive been there more times than Id probably like to admit. Always a great choice for lunch or dinner.

Overall the food was great and our food was prepared fast. However, specifically on todays visot, I did not appreciate the customer service provided by one of their associates/employee by the name of Jeremeil whom i observed take a few customers orders with his phone in his hand, visibily texting and barely paying attention to the customer in front of him. He acted as if he didnt even want to take the order to begin with and had a very nonchalant attitude with no enthusiasm.

My office orders from this establishment quite regularly -- and we are NEVER disappointed. The subs are always incredible, the customer service on the phone when they took the order is always great, and the delivery driver is amazing! We love Firehouse Subs and will continue to order from them for as long as they want our business! ***BTW: We just ordered from them today, and a couple of us got some of their lemon cookies... AMAZING.

I never write something about food but i had to here . Simply i ate the delicious sandwich i have ever taste out side home , its really good I have ordered "firehouse steak &cheese " I recommend everyone likes beef steak with mushrooms and cheese to try it

My first time trying today ever. Not gonna lie, I was in heaven! Sub full of juicy meat,flavor. Not skimped out on the toppings or meat. Bread was FRESH! Honestly Im ocd about fresh bread. Im never going anywhere else. BEST SUBS EVER
