Tina did the catering for my wedding reception, held at the Dossin Great Lakes Museum. This was the best choice my wife and I made in the planning of our wedding. Tina handled the planning beautifully, keeping us within budget, accommodating family traditions, and even allowing us to have free-range chicken in our food. Also, the food was remarkably good, so on top of all of the positives from a logistical standpoint, youll also get great food. I cant imagine thats the easiest thing to do at a museum without a kitchen. I give this the highest recommendation that I can.
