I am a frequent guest at Cheesecake Factory locations near me. I was in town working for the evening. Some coworkers and I decided to stop before our 2 hour drive home. It was a big mistake! We arrived and we were told the wait was 15-20 min. After 30 we asked about our table and were told it would be another 20 min. OK they were busy so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. We were offered a high top tables in the bar area. Great! We sat down and thats where the big disaster started. 15 min before we were asked to order drinks, 10 more before we got them...We ordered water, a diet soda, and hot tea! We then placed our order. 45 minutes later (no exaggeration!) The waitress came back and told me that one of the components was not available and would I like to substitute something else. It took 45 min to decide you were out of cous cous???? Anyway we thought the food would be out shortly welp! No! 30 min later we get our food. One of the meals was ice cold!!!!! It was a CRB bit appetizer. Are you kidding me? We sent it back and when they brought it back it was still cold! That was it. We asked to speak to a manager. He came to the table with the most arrogant attitude. By this time we had been there over 2 hours! He said they would remake her meal. By this time we were so tired we said no to the meal remake. He didnt even offer to comp the meal until we said something. Then under his breath he offered a piece of cheesecake. We declined as we were quite upset with the food and service, however, when the waitress returned we decided to accept the cheesecake. Well it then took another 20 min to arrive. By this time we had been there OVER 3 HRS! RIDICULOUS! I still had 2 hours to drive home. I didnt not get home until after 12am. Worst dining experience ever! Will never visit that location again.

Let me start by saying my family and I love The Cheesecake Factory, but this was the worst dining experience Ive ever had. Things started out great with our party of four. We were seated, greeted quickly and ordered our drinks and appetizer. Food came out pretty quickly as well, but this is when things went south. My daughters steak was supposed to be medium and it came out rare. We told the waitress and she sent it back. She brings it out again and it was still was rare! The manger came over to say sorry and she would make sure it would be cooked properly. Meanwhile her friend found a hair in the middle of her plate! Waitess brings out my daughters steak and picks up her friends to be returned. It took approximately 15-20 minutes for her friends steak. Mine and my husbands steak Diane was very disappointing.as well. And dont ask for A-1 sauce we were given not one but two empty bottles, well one had about a teaspoon worth. Then, it gets better, we ask for a to go box (for the appetizer only) and our food was placed in the bag with ranch dressing all over the inside. We were only comped 2 pieces of cheesecake. And, the bathroom had blood, yes I said blood, running down the middle of the toilet on to the floor. Needless to say, this was our first and last time visiting this location!

We had reservations for Easter Sunday. A party of 8 arrived right in front of us and they were told it would be a 40 minute wait. We were seated on time. It took 15 minutes before anyone came to our table. We noticed the party of 8 got their table within our view. We finally ordered. After over an hour we noticed the party of 8 got their food, ate , and were checking out and we still had no food. At that point I went to the front and asked for the manager. I waited while they tracked him down and he said "I just got here, Ill look into it. " I went back and sat down. They brought 2 entrees out. The 3 entree came several minutes later. We ordered all grilled entrees so each one would be 5-15 minutes cooking max. They offered a free piece of cheesecake which we declined. Since we waited so long we did have an extra drink each which I asked for gratis instead. They declined. They comped cheapest entree. Food was very fair, service and courtesy is terrible. The worst experience Ive ever had at a cheesecake factory restaurant. Obvious management issues. We were there over 2 hours as a party of 3.

Went here on New Years day to celebrate my parents anniversary and to have a good time with my brother who was on leave from the military. The service was excellent and so was the food. I have been here several times over the years and it has ALWAYS been great. Im surprised that there are some bad reviews on here. 1.) If you are a vegetarian,I suggest that you do your own research on their food. 2.) If you look for the bad, you will find it anywhere you go. When you go out to eat, relax and enjoy yourself. Jeez. If you want to have knowledgeable staff, then treat the staff with respect. Being a server is very hard, and their is a high turn over. If you treat servers better, they are more likely to stay longer, and therefore know there food better. If you treat them poorly, or tip them poorly, then they are more likely to quit and then youll have a new server every time you come. Also with the experience Ive had as a server, if you are a customer who the staff remembers being challenging, or needy they are more likely to hand you off to a new server, because nobody else wants to deal with you.

We went there a month or so ago to celebrate a promotion. We were taken to a table that was right next to the servers station, and when we said we wanted another table we were told there wasnt one, despite the fact that there were empty tables and booths all over the place. We took that table and ordered. Our food took at least 20 minutes to come out, and our waiter gave us no bread in the meantime. When our food arrived my husbands was overcooked and tasteless, and mine was all wrong. I had ordered a well-done burger with no onions and I got a raw-to-medium burger covered in onions. I sent it back, and my husband ate very slowly. Still, it wasnt ready by the time he was done eating, a full 15 minutes at least. In the meantime wed endured the servers at the station next to us talking loudly about whether they liked working there. I read the reviews here but I decided Id give the manager a chance to make it right. I wrote to him immediately, but I have never received anything at all. They are off our list for the next few lifetimes.

Food-5 stars Staff attitude-2 stars I have never had an issue with the food here. It has always tasted great. I love the Cheesecake Factory menu in general in that there are a lot of options. The food always tastes great. However, the past two times I have been to this location I have witnessed either rudeness or unprofessional attitudes from the staff. The servers have had attitude including one I had one month ago who acted annoyed that my wife and I were just ordering appetizers. On our last visit, while waiting for a table, the staff behind the cheesecake display spent 5 minutes talking about how much money in tips they had been making in the past 2 days. I was a server at Bob Evans for 4 years and I know that no guest wants to hear staff members going on and on about their tips. For those that like the Cheesecake Factory, I suggest you frequent the Easton location.
