We just moved to the area, and I was nervous about finding a good drycleaner. However, Sanitary Cleaners (the State St. location), has been great. Ive gone in several times, and the person taking my order has always been courteous and even remembers my name. My clothes have been well-cared for and are always done on time. They even cleaned a bag for me, which turned out nicely, too. There is also an express drop-off window available to customers at no extra charge. I would recommend Sanitary Cleaners in downtown St. Joe to anyone.

My wife and I recently brought some wet feather pillows in to be cleaned. We were told that they could be cleaned, but didnt hear back for a month. When my wife finally called, they told us to come in and pick them up because they were too wet and mildewy to be cleaned. Turns out they had been sitting in a closed plastic bag the entire time, getting mildew and NOT cleaned. They didnt even apologize. They simply said it was policy that they werent responsible for the damage. Not doing business with them again!
