We went to America One Hour Cleaners on Lafayette Road to get a shirt dry cleaned. It has coffee mark and the whole purpose was to get that removed. Guy told me very confidently that yes he can do it. Next day the mark was still there but he wanted to charge full price for it. When I asked that the purpose was to not dry clean but remove mark and since it was not removed, I should not be charged. Lady was rough but guy started using curse word very bad and told me to get out of the place. I left the shirt there and never collected it. Use them with cautious. You definitely will NOT find nice people there. NO concept of service.

Robin takes care of all my dry cleaning (include all of my co-workers dry cleaning). The people here are very friendly and personable. They get things done quicker than expected without sacrificing the quality. Highly recommended.
