Why advertise "one hour" service if you dont actually offer it? The lady answering the phone seemed annoyed I was even calling to ask if it was a possibility. For what its worth they now offer same day service (not 1hr) BUT you have to drop off prior to 10am. I was calling at 10:15 and there was zero interest in trying accommodate me.

Fast and friendly! I was here from Cali for my daughters gradustion and my suit didnt travel well. Dropped off my suit at 10:30am and it was ready by 3:30pm. Everyone I interacted with were frindly and polite. Thank you!

Cleaning service is A1 but the attitude of attendants can be better. This is a business whether busy or not, misunderstanding important details can cause problems. Need to make sure each customer receives equal care.

Brought my husbands suit in on a Friday afternoon after 3 and they had it ready next day (Saturdsy) by noon! Amazing service. Ladies at front were professional and very kind. Suit and dress shirt looked great!
