Poor experience with store as they ruined a new shirt and would not follow their own claim policy. The store attempted to correct the processing error 4x. The manager never returned phone calls to discuss the issue. The staff were friendly, however, it was a costly mistake. $1.99 turned into a significant expense; both time and money.

They dont close at 7pm , they close at 6pm. Horrible customer service , DO NOT COME HERE. They will leave your clothes bad , the price ? Forget the price. It is not worth it. Take your business else where. Pay a little more , and get a better service. Cheap comes expensive at times. DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!!

I give them a 1star for the price that is all!!? THEY SHRUNK MY WEDDING DRESS BEFORE I EVEN GOT TO WORE IT..I WOULD HAVE PAID $150 SOMEWHERE ELSE IF I DOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS...DONT TAKE YOUR WEDDING DRESS HERE!!!

Love this cleaners. Good customer service. This is the only place I take my clothes. Rhonda Barber gives outstanding service and it is very important to her that the customers are please with the service.
