We love TLE! Not sure where to start about TLE - Troy. After touring 5 local daycares, we settled on one in Clawson. That turned out to be a big mistake, but Im glad we went through it. Had we not, we would never have known how lucky we were to find TLE in Troy. Our son has progressed through the Infant A, Infant B and Toddler rooms. ALL of the teachers he has had have treated him as though he is their own. They are genuinely concerned when he is not feeling well and are very excited to share with us at the end of each day any milestones he has accomplished (or even just funny stories). In all of the rooms he has taken part in sign language, music, interactive learning, art (yes, even in Infant A!) and storytime just to name a few. In the Toddler room he is now doing yoga! The center leaders, Ms Kathie and Ms Juli are closely involved in all of the goings on at TLE. They are not just there to be administrators. For example, they know when our son has an earache, is going on vacation, did something funny or has an upcoming doctors appointment. They have their fingers on the pulse of TLE and, much like the rest of the staff, take ownership in all aspects of our sons care. They also have a top of the line check in/check out system that is user friendly and extremely safe. From the daily information sheets the staff provides to the nutritional lunches (no chicken nuggets here!), you will feel your child is receiving the best care available. The social interaction with other children your child will experience at TLE in Troy is invaluable. TLE and its staff truly want your child to be happy, healthy and an active learner. We are sure when we drop our son off at TLE that the staff will do everything they can to make it a good day!

Fiest let me say my child has not attended. But, I was new to the area and was researching my options. My husband and I had recently divorced and have my daughter alternating weeks. we stay on seperate sides of town so we have to have seperate daycare facilities. All other centers in the area that have structured learning programs have weekly rates available - The Learning Center did not. I can actually understand not if you were truly truly concerned with the quality of education and the child not being able to keep up because they were not in attendance. But the response I got was "I did look into your request of a by-weekly schedule, and unfortunately we are not able to accommodate that schedule. Though we understand your situation, we are first and for most a full time Learning Center and we can only guarantee results with a consistent schedule. You are welcome to sign up for our regular monthly schedule, and bring your daughter as often as you would like, but you would still be responsible for the weeks she is not there." Seems somewhat contradictory, does it not? Seems as if they were concerned with the money rather than the amount of time my daughter would have attended. Childtime Learning Center is right down street. Customer Service is much better there...

We have been part of the Troy TLE Family for nearly five years. We have had a great experience here. The teachers are caring, nurturing, and they always put the safety and well-being of the children above all else. They offer philanthropic activities for the children to get involved with, family activities outside of the "typical" day, provide assessment data and hold optional conferences with parents. They have great communication via e-mail, the TLE app, paper copies and verbal conversations. This daycare is clean, my children enjoy the healthy food that is provided, and they love the creative activities throughout their day. Although there is an academic focus, the teachers are also very good about balancing it with play and age-appropriate discovery/problem solving. They teach manners and work on building social skills too. Again, we LOVE TLE.

we have a month and a half bein part of The Learning Experience and we started with part-time only three times a week , now shes full-time and she loves it, of course we have some rough mornings when she cries when I leave her, but when we picked her up she is always happy, and thats very important to us. As long as shes happy, we are happy. I dont give them 5 stars just because they dont updated pictures of my daughter to the app everyday, when we enroll I thought that was something really cool, just not to miss her so much during the day, but that just happened the first weeks after we enroll.

I am the new Owner and Business Manager of The Learning Experience of Troy as of December 2016. It was formerly corporate owned. I have been a parent here since 2013 and still have two boys attending the center. My husband and I were impressed with what TLE offers and wanted to become a part of it as business owners. When the opportunity came to own Troy, we jumped at the chance. We are very happy here as parents and are working very hard to keep our center top quality in the area. I love The Learning Experience! My daughter has been attending since she was 3 months old and I have nothing but good things to say. The staff is professional and caring, they have great programs for all ages of children and really promote individual growth. Also, the snacks and meals served are healthy. Which was important to me and my husband. They are very thoughtful regarding safety and have many checks in place to ensure all children are being properly cared for. My daughter really enjoys herself and is happy to be with the staff.

TLE is awesome! He started at 6 weeks old and we have now been there more than 4 years. The staff and management are very compassionate about their work. The programs are educational and exciting for the children. The transition from one classroom to another are smooth. He loves the food!:) And the indoor Make believe Boulevard is a great way to burn off some energy! I feel TLE has instilled a love for school and learning that he will carry on...and the center is clean, safe and comfortable.

TLE is GREAT! Just like another reviewer below, we started at a day care in Clawson, which was a big mistake. TLE is so much better. Kids are occupied all day. They are learning a lot and will be ready to enter kindergarten when done. Kids actually love coming to school. No tears in the morning.

Best daycare, Best teachers, best managers, best curriculum.... Every morning my daughter is excited to go to TLE!! Best place for the little ones to learn, have fun and grow in a safe and loving environment!!!

TLE @Troy is good. We like it. The facility teachers treats the kids with love and the facility is maintained very well. We are happy about the service and feel safe about leaving my baby @TLE.
