Im posting this review, because my elderly brother is not able to manage getting to this, but here is his story as just related to me via email about Bison Plumbing (Who I will be sure to use for my next project in the area): "We had to wash all are dishes in the bathroom sink since our kitchen drain pipe was clogged...we expected to put up with it for at least 2 weeks until we got the $$$$ when yesterday our Daughter called and said she would pay for it.. Bison came out at noon. He said $100.00 to run the snake 8 ft. up the sink drain pipe from the basement, $90.00 with senior citizen discount. I told him when I opened the side door to be careful the last 2 steps were not that solid, they are 2"X10"s He laughed and said he could use a few days off with pay...so I left him, I went up to the kitchen a few minutes later. the young fella helping him came back from the truck and I heard some drilling, pounding and about 1/2 hr later, he called me to the top of the steps he was all smiles, and said come down and try the 2 steps, they are now rock solid...I couldnt believe it, they spent about 1/2 hr. fixing it at no charge....the last Carpenter I got a price from was $150.00.....thats why it was never fixed....Bison spent about an hour snaking out he pipe and they had a huge mess they cleaned up nicely before they left" .....This is what really good businesses engrain in their employees!!!

Called Bison on 8/23/16 for site inspection. TWO FULL DAYS later, I called. Jeff gave an estimate of $1,125 to provide an offset P-trap and bathtub fixtures. I approved estimate. On 9/6, Ray came to take measurements (meaning the parts had not been ordered). He told me that he would "find the best price" for me and I would get a call for install. On 9/9, Andrew returned to the house for the installation - but no one had called to set up the appointment! I called and they had Andrew come back in the afternoon. He found that the parts were the wrong size. On 9/14 I called to speak to Jeff, the owner. He told me if it could be in by Friday, he could do a Saturday installation - and wouldnt charge me for all the extra trips. On 9/17, Andrew was finally able to complete the installation and did a great job. I asked him to have Jeff give me a call about my experience. As of today, I have seen and heard nothing from Bison, but a full charge to my credit card.

These guys were the best. I had a recurring issue with backups in my main sewer line that no one was able to get. I used to use a company at the end of my street, but after repeated calls, over charging, no warranty / guaranty, and straight up rudeness, I had to find another company. Boy was I glad I did. That "other company" will never see me again... Bison did what the other guys would not, which was to actually care that I was cleared up to the main city line. He snaked, used the camera, snaked, camera again, snaked snaked snaked, until the issue was resolved and the pipe was as good as new... and then sent in the camera again so I could see the results. Did I mention they cost a heck of a lot less than the other guy too? He even explained to me that the "Pitch" of the line that was put in by the other company was off and showed me an issue of standing water in the line. Thank you Bison!!

Ray & Jay from Bison came out to fix a serious water leak for my elderly father & to do some basic plumbing as well. Both were respectful, friendly, & patient & they each had a wonderful sense of humor which helped make this the best plumbing experience Ive ever had! Which; if youve had the luck Ive had with plumbers; is really saying something! These two gentlemen however, were professional, didnt mind answering my questions, & they left little mess, if any, for me to clean up which was a true blessing since Im disabled. When Ray handed me the bill, I WAS FLOORED!! It was much less than what I was expecting. What a great surprise! I know without a doubt who Ill recommend next time anyone asks me if I know of a good plumber. Ill tell them Bison Plumbing, HANDS DOWN!!

Had some Major sanitary line problems. Tree roots infested my old crock pipe and was separated due to some shifting that occurred. Had Bison out and they repaired and replaced my entire line after i fired the first company i hured. Every guy they had out here was courteous, polite and informative to any questions I asked. Great bunch of guys. Including the owner. Did not quit till the job was done and cleaned up their mess. Ray is the only name I remember, (smart dude) but every single one of the guys that were here were excellent!! Job well done fellas. I appreciate all yous did for us.

Came home from Vacation late in the day to find leaking valve on city side of water meter. After having the water shut off by city I contacted Bison knowing their reputation as an honest contractor. Vern was here the next day to assess problem, gave me an estimate and the time the repairs would begin. Early the next day Ken arrived, removal and replacement of copper pipe and a total of 3 valves were complete in a couple of hours. All below the estimate Vern had given me. I will not hesitate to contact Bison for any plumbing need. Thanks Rick

Service tech showed up right on time. He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions. They had all the parts right with them. Not like other guys I used, they had to go out for parts and you pay for their time doing it! Tech cleaned up after he was done. The price was very fair. He even fixed "my" repairs. Glad I called, he even saved me from a potential disaster. Replace those plastic lines!

So when the hardware store diverter behind the shower head literally blew off sending force of water straight up to the ceiling . . . . could no longer put off that other irritating tub diverter problem. 1st call: live/nice people in the office! Ray and Jay arrived as promised and were efficient, effective - and with some added humor - took good care of everything! Thanks!

I can not say enough good things abut Ray, he spent all the time we needed to complete multiple jobs. His attitude was very upbeat which is helpful when you are experiencing a bad day. Ray was kind, considerate and very professional. I would recommend Bison plumbing to all my family and friends.

Priced removing / relaying ~30 feet of pipe at $2100 (We self-demod floor and poured concrete) after previously quoting entire job for $3200 . A different plumbing company then quoted it at $700 and charged $650 out the door. Would not recommend Bison to anyone because they gouge prices.

Weve been waiting on a call from Binson telling us that they were on their way, the call was supposed to be between 2 and 4pm. So far they havent had the decency to call and give us a heads up. Needless to say i dont think that will be using their service in the future.
