Jim is wonderful! I called him this morning scared to death because water was spraying up from our sump pump all over our walls and flooding our basement. He answered promptly, told me what time he’d be here, and showed up as promised! Our repair was an easy one (thank goodness!), and he was honest, quick, and incredibly kind! He went out of his way to educate us on other things to be on the lookout for, and answered all of our questions. I highly, highly recommend him!

We had frozen water pipes....called Jim at 7 am on Wednesday morning (and he answered---no voice mail) and was able to be at our house that morning/early afternoon. Had our water running within minutes. Provided a solution to avoid further problems as well as help/ideas with some other areas of concern we had. Nice, responsive guy! Reasonable price for work. Acted quick for us. Definitely would recommend and we will definitely go back to him should the need arise.

Very friendly and honest. I called for a possible leak and he was able to for me in that day. I will be using this service for all my future plumbing needs. My second experience with this company has been a pleasant as the first. I needed repair for a leaking tub valve. I called around and again their price was the best. One company said the repair would take half a day to fix. Jim was done in an hour and a half. Do yourself a favor and call these guys first.

Great experience! We 1st called Mr. Rooter for a job and was quoted $1,100. When I called JJ they were professional and were able to come out to our house on a Saturday and only charged us $230 to install a new toilet, a vanity/faucet, and to fix the pee trap on our kitchen sink! Thank you so much for doing a great job, being on time, and being professional. Will definitely call them in the future for any plumbing related issues!

Jim installed a half bath in our laundry room, had to bust up the concrete floor to install new drain & water lines, every thing was done perfectly as promised, took less than 2 days, clean-up was immaculate, everything functioned perfectly. Jim and his team replaced the sump drainline in our yard. We were given a fair price, and the job was completed as promised. The team took care in minimizing the damage done to our yard. Jim also replaced our tub drain mechanism. We would definitely call JJ & Sons again for plumbing work in our home. Jim and his crew were very nice to work with.

Had sump pump go out, called at 7am and Jim answered directly. Estimated they could be here in 3-4 hours. Jim showed up on time and replaced the sump pump in no time. Job was done promptly and professionally. Will use JJ and sons for any future plumbing needs.

My basement flooded and i had these guys come out and they had the problem solved the same day and installed a back up sump pump to prevent this from happening again i highly recommend these guys very pleased.
