GREAT PLUMBER!!! We used the services of CUT RATE PLUMBING today to unclog a toilet drain at my mothers home in Warren, Michigan. WE ARE SO HAPPY THAT WE CALLED CUT RATE in Warren, Michigan! That decision ended up being the best choice we could have made. Rod came out and did a great job at a very affordable price. He explained what he was going to do and also made suggestions to prevent problems in the future. Rod answered our questions and was so very helpful. We are so happy that we have found a very good plumber who we found to be honest and trustworthy and so affordable. We are so pleased with the quality of Rod’s work and his interest to do a good job that we are going to have him come out again to do additional work that we had been thinking about having done in the future. When you find somebody that good, why wait? We would highly recommend Rod’s Cut Rate Plumbing in Warren, Michigan, to any of our family and friends. We would give Rod an A+ on his service to his customers report card.

Scheduled an appointment days in advance. On the appointment day and time, they dont show up, they dont call to say they will be late AND they turn their phone system off so you cant even contact them. I wouldve given them a 1 star review, but when I used them a few years ago, they did a reasonably good job with my water heater, even coming back out at 3 am when one pipe needed a bit more work.

I was shocked reading other ratings.... They are a Great company. We generally have to have our drain snaked out twice a year and they did it over 2 years ago and we had to call them back out today... We will continue to use them! I know they are under new management so that could be the difference.

Owner Rod charged for service not provided - He didnt replace the gaskets for hot & cold water and will not return my call to correct the problem. Use this company at your own risk.

Made an appointment and nobody showed or called. When I called I didnt get an answer. I seen the previous review but decided to call anyways. Bad business practice!!

Stay away. Theres a reason these guys have an F score from the Better Business Bureau.
