Horrible company. The technician that came out didnt even look at my hot water tank and told me it needed to be replaced!! Then he took pictures and had to go call his manager! Why? Didnt he know how to do the work? I guess my first clue should have been the dress shoes he had one - definitely not working shoes! When I questioned him, he took more pictures and had to call the office again. At this point, I locked him out of my house. The office called me to tell me I needed so many parts, that it was best to replace it. I told her that the tech better leave my house or Id call the police. Total scam!!! They gave me a price over the phone for an entire new unit before they even showed up at my house. Total waste of time! I had A&F Water Heater come today to service the tank and they fixed the issue within 15 minutes and guess what,? no replacement needed! Beware, do NOT do business with this company!

This company has a great team with great service. DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I woke up to my water heater flooding my basement and when I called that morning, they changed their schedule to fit me in THAT DAY. They didnt try or seem to even want to sell me anything I didnt need, they wanted the problem fixed just as much as I did. Their installers were polite, professional, and fast. Their office tries their best to accommodate YOUR availability and they really do focus on dependability and care of their customers. This company is a LIFE SAVER!! Very affordable. I recommend them all the time!

This Comapny bends over backwards for me all the time, they have helped me with my water heater, my furnace and my AC. They came out right when I called them, & told me not to worry about anything they would take care of me ... which they did right away. We had a water heater go out and water was everywhere. I was in desperate need of a new water heater. I called Macomb Water Heaters and they gave me a quote over the phone and came the same day to install the water heater for me. The installer was very professional and so was all of the office staff on the phone. Great company, would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!!!!!!!!

Cant really give a review of any kind of service. But that is the problem. Their website says they are open 7 days a week. My husband and I both have been calling all day on a Sunday and no one is answering. Sent a service request and no one answered. Would have tried their service but I guess if theyre not going to answer we dont need it.

This company is an amazing company very good and honest when I called them they were friendly and showed up so fast. They fixed my heat furnace and my water tank in short time. They dont double charge you for showing up on New Years Eve like other companies do.God bless you and thank you I will always be your costumer.
