I called to have them assess an issue with the drains underground to the curb from downspouts. I asked them to assess 2-3 specific downspouts. They came out quickly the first visit, however it was obvious they did not even look at the specific drains I wanted them to check because the next day it rained and the issue was still there. They came out a second time quickly and low and behold the drains I wanted check were indeed clogged. No camera was used either visit, just cables. They wanted to collect an additional payment for the second visit, however I disputed them because they had not even addressed the original issue the first visit. I asked for an estimate for repairing and the tech that had come out was not qualified to provide one. I called a few days later to ask for the estimate but was told it would be another 1-2 days. That was a week ago. I have not heard from them again. I called another reputable company and they came out same day, cameras down all the drains, and gave an estimate for repairs; and it was a fraction of the cost of Drainmasters. I will not be calling them again.

I moved into a new house (new to me) in July and have been having plumbing issues since the middle of September. It was to the point that we couldnt even use the bathrooms at all. Ive had multiple other companies and plumbers here since it started, none of them doing the work to find the actual problem, all of them just treating symptoms and taking more and more of my money. I found DrainMaster through Mark Cantrell plumbing and I dont have enough nice words to say about either company. They listened to my history and did hours of work to figure out the problem. Problems that should have bee resolved by the remediation company when I bought my house, and every other plumbing company since. Ridge did the final snaking of my shower drain, the last of the issues, and I am so happy to have had a shower 2 days in a row and have faith that my problems are fixed. I also have plumbing companies I can rely on. Thank you!!!

I have used Charlie at Drainmaster for the past 15 years when I need drain help with both residential and commercial properties. Drainmaster routinely addresses the everyday problems, but they also have come to the rescue for larger and more complicated issues on many occasions(water line installations, gas leak repairs and sewer replacement). Managing buildings that are sometimes over a hundred years old, I have come across some tricky problems, but Charlie always figures it out. I am writing this review after a particularly difficult issue was addressed after hours almost immediately after my call. I would highly recommend Drainmaster for quality, timely work at reasonable prices.

My husnband and I have put off our flooded basement for nearly 2 years fearing that the cost to fix our damaged pipes underground would cost a small fortune. When Russell Colwell came out only a couple of days ago, he assured us with confidence that this was an issue that is not only fixable, but also affordable! We were so pleased with his professionalism and how quickly he was able to come back and complete the work. Even with that being said, the price was absolutely amazing, and within our budget. We are so excited to have this HUGE burden finally taken care of! Thank you so very much Russell and thank you Drain Master Ohio :)

Could not ask for better service!! We had our drains plugged late at night and we have 8 kids to shower the next morning. Called and they came right out and fixed the problem and got the drain running, most people including myself, at 11:00 pm on a Saturday night would have said" well its running, Im outta here!" They didnt like the way the drain sounded with the snake in it so they worked another hour and found more stuff in it and cleaned up everything! Awesome guys! Old world service and faith!! I called this company because I needed a faucet replaced, they were quick in getting the quote, they also were late both the times they showed up to my house and they didnt bother to inform you that they were running late. Then when the faucet was replaced in the bathtub, I noticed that the caulking was already cracking so I called them, and they have been ignoring my calls and not showing up twice as they promised. They charged my a $195 for this and I am getting frustrated because I cant even get a hold of anyone.

I used these guys for the first time this week. The job was done well, fast and reasonably priced. They actually came out within 24 hours. I had a previous appointment with Eco Plumbers, it took them three days to make it to my house, and the initial estimate came in THREE times higher. Kind of insulting that Eco Plumbers would take advantage like that. That being said, we were happy Drain Master showed up, did the work, and charged a fair price. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended....Great customer service and excellent, prompt service. I have my own business and had a problem with one of my drains and they came out and quickly fixed the problem. Soon after, my aunt had an emergency water problem at her house and once again, they were there in no time. They put my trust level at ease from the very beginning. A very versatile company that can take care of any plumbing situation. Would refer to everyone I know.

Called on a Sunday to inquire about two busted or corroded pipes in bathroom that needed to be replaced. Was able to get Drain Master out to the house on Monday morning and the repair/replacement completed after a quick run to the plumbing supply store. I felt the price was fair and tech took time to explain why it happened and what we could to prevent another occurrence in the future. I highly recommend them for your needs.

My experience with drainmasters was exceeded all expectations. Russel and Ridge came to my house on a holiday weekend and snaked my clogged pipes. The price was good and the service was fast. They also took care of another issue and gave excellent advice for future projects. Its nice to have people with experience that are available around the clock. Quick to respond and great price! We had a leak in our sink after attempting to fix the plumbing ourselves. called Drain Master out for a stopped up drain. They used a drain cleaning machine and took care of my problem right away. Service tech was very helpful in explaining my situation they also gave me tips on how to prevent this from happening again. I will definitly be recommending them to anyone who asks.
