I called A Mann to do two things. 1) come and fix a leak under our bathroom sink, and 2) give us a quote on adding a half bath. The leak was to be addressed the same day, the half bath the following Monday. They were supposed to call before they came, but no one did, so I was occupied with work when they showed up. When I didnt open the door (because I was on a conference call and didnt hear them knock), they just opened the door and came in shouting "hello!" I was shocked. But they did a great job for a very fair price, and I really liked how they give you a $5 discount if you give them a can of nonperishable food to donate, so I was willing to give them a second chance. Monday rolled around and no one showed up to give the quote. No one even called. Very disappointing. Update: I called back the following week and scheduled another appointment for a quote. The gentleman called 30 minutes ahead, was incredibly polite and courteous, and was very thorough in explaining what would need to be done. Their quote was also about $1200 lower than our previous estimate. Will update after the job is done in the fall/winter.

Poor follow up!! I was given a rough estimate and even said I wanted them to do the job. I was told I would receive a final estimate via email that evening or following morning. Called the following day at noon after not receiving anything. They said they were busy but I would be contacted later on that day. Another day went by and still no contact from anyone. Poor customer service if you ask me. I contacted Eaton plumbing 3 days later and they were out to look at my plumbing within an hour, gave me a better price and scheduled the job within a couple days when Mann told me it would be another week or so before they could do it. No one should have to chase down someone or a company that their going to spend money with.

We have a small drip coming from a pvc water pipe. Called to get an estimate or hourly rate so we can ballpark the repair costs. The only information they provide is the $69 diagnostic fee they charge to come out to your home. The fee is waived if you decide to go through them for repairs. However when we called two-three other places they had no problem being upfront about their rates and total cost. A. Mann should consider providing more information, especially for small job repairs. They lost our business for this reason. We decided to go with Jack L Woods for our repair. Its $76 an hour and will take roughly 1 1/2 hrs. to complete. Would highly recommend them.

Ive used A. Mann Plumbing in the past for help with a leaky shower and had a great experience so sought out their help when my kitchen sink backed up and I couldnt get clear. This happened on a Saturday and I contacted their emergency service. Even though this wasnt an emergency I was trying to get on the schedule for that week. The rep I spoke with was great and, even though he informed me they would be busy that week, recommended some other companies to help. I really appreciate their service!

I had A. Mann come to my house for the second time and it was fantastic service once again. They were here within one day, were on time, FAST, and very affordable! Robby was our service man once again was wonderful. He is very friendly, knows what hes doing, is quick yet courteous. We had a loose toilet and Robby had to remove the toilet, replace the ring and bolts, put the toilet back together and we only paid $130! FANTASTIC company! I, once again, highly recommend them!

Mann Plumbing is an outstanding business there is no job to big or too small for the folks at Mann Plumbing. I called a couple of weeks ago to have them come out and fix the mess that Eaton Plumbing caused. Eaton Plumbing has nothing on Mann Plumbing. The customer service goes far beyond what you would expect from the trash down at Eaton Plumbing. So what are you waiting for their prices are reasonable and they aim to please. Remember dont call a boy to do a Manns job.

Holiday weekend yeah!! Just gouched by Mann plumbing!! 169.00 to come out give an estimate to repair a water pipe leak just under slab. That 169.00 does not go toward repair. He gives an estimate of 500.00 Only took him 2 Hours to fix thats equals 334.00 an hour and maybe 20.00 in material. Mann plumbing really charges top dollar fo their labor!! I would never recommend this extortionist to anyone.

We needed a toilet installed ASAP and we were so very fortunate that when I called, they had had a cancellation and were able to come out within an hour. Their plumber, Ray was Courtious, Friendly, Neat and very knowledgeable. He put in our new toilet quickly and very reasonably. I am very happy to give him and the company a 5 STAR rating.

I had Mann Plumbing install a toilet less than two years ago. Its already faulty. I called to schedule service and they are booked out about two weeks. No emergency service without paying a premium for them to come and fix their product and the person answer the phone was very condescending. Find another plumber!

Great Service & Company! We had them come out to install a sump pump and he took the extra time to make sure everything beside the sump pump was working and fixed the two items that werent. Very nice and went the extra mile! We will always use them for all of our Plumbing needs!
