tl;dr CPR employee attacked someone in my home and later returned to my home in an act of intimidation. Police were called and my basement is still wet. I hired CPR to find and repair the source of flooding in my basement. After they completed the work, cleaning a clogged basement floor drain, it appeared the problem had been fixed. One week later, we had a basement flood worse than the first. I called CPR, who guaranteed their work for 30 days, and asked for the men who completed the repair to come back out and look for the issue. They were able to come out that same day. Once here, the man verified that the floor drain was clean and assured me that the flood did not happen as a result of the previous clog. I asked him what he believed the reason for the flood to be multiple times. Each time he said he did not know; there did not seem to be a problem. Of course, there was a problem as we were standing in a wet basement. Another plumber who was working in my house, sensing my frustration, tried to explain to the CPR employee that the problem we were seeing did not occur until after their first repair. The CPR employee became enraged. He stood up and began to yell and curse at this other plumber. He cursed repeatedly, questioning the other plumbers credentials while becoming incredibly defensive of his own work. The CPR employee started to advance on the other plumber and in the end, attempted to strike him. I asked CPR to leave my home, but he would not stop arguing. In the end, it took two men (the other plumber and a neighbor) to escort the CPR employee out of my home. Three hours later, they returned with 2 additional men. These four men (A CPR Drain Cleaning owner, the 2 employee who were originally here and another employee) returned to my home. They crowded around me telling ME that they were pressing charges. In addition to this being insane, it was intimidating. I called the police to again escort CPR off my property. When the police arrived they determined that there was no reason for an assault report to be taken and successfully diffused the situation. In the end, the owner offered to look at their work (after assuring me that their company did not cause any additional damage). Realizing I would not receive an unbiased examination, I sent them away. No repairs ever occurred.

We called CPR Drain out to our business because of a slow drain. They sent 2 employees the first day that had no idea was what going on. They left and said they would bring their boss back the next day. So all 3 came back the next day. They all left again on that day but not without getting paid $360.00 with the problem not fixed. Said they thought the line was frozen. We have had 3 days of over 50degree weather and the problem still exist. I called to talk to them and they still insisted the line was frozen and they wasnt coming back out until the weather breaks. The employee was VERY rude and told me to just never call them again.

In response to Dave Turner: Our guys went out for a blockage in the roof drain line and found that the line was broken or collapsed and we were unable to cable the line. This line is also corrugated pipe and to try and cable a broken line would only make matters worse. Our tech suggested that you have them dug up and replaced. the tech only cleans these drains and does not do repairs. You can request that we put you on the list for estimates and someone can schedule to come out to give an estimate.

Excellent service, service men were clean, comminicated well and answered every question I asked. Cleaned up after themselves, less than two hour responce time. Very reasonable rates, drain cleaning cost 1/3 the price a previous plumber charged to snake the exact same pipe. Will use again for all my comercial needs, and if needed in my home, they will be called first, highly recomended!

They display a "can do" attitude when faced with challenging situations. They are more willing than other contractors we have used, to explain what they are doing and why. Terrible service took them hours to even call regarding an emergency call. Had issue reduced to a drip before he even came out. The new valve was put in backwards and faucet still was dripping. Company accused me of taking back apart the plumbers work once he had replaced the valve which is a total lie!!!!!!! Very rude on the phone as well.

I must admit, Im always a little leery when trying out new companies in plumbing, electricity or auto mechanic but these guys blew me away with their customer service as well as their promptness! I am happy to say, if you need something done right away.....look no more! CPR Drain did a fantastic job and was reasonably priced!

I called them based on past experience from 2009. This time, I had two guys show up and tell me my drain line was clogged. Yeah, like I did not already know this. I would think if you specialize in drain clearing then you would a least recommend a solution to a drainage problem. I suggest you contact someone else.

The workers from this company caused a leak that went into my dining room ceiling that started shortly after they had left. I had to replace the entire ceiling. The owner of the company was extremely rude and refused to have anyone come out to finish the job--let alone compensate me for the damage to my home.

If you are using anybody else, you are an idiot. Fast, fair and responsive. I called and they were here within 20 minutes. Showed me the problems, told me what they would do to fix them, and fixed them. This is my first call at this house, and used them twice before at my old house, always the same, great.

I needed them on Sunday night when my homes main drain got plugged - no showers, laundry or toilets for us until this was fixed. I called and they arrived about 30 minutes later. Fast service and reasonably priced!
