What am amazing company! Last night, we noticed that our A/C unit was leaking in our basement, and we immediately began looking for a heating & cooling repair company. We found CMC at around 9:30pm, and we submitted a service request online hoping wed hear back from them first thing in the morning (given that the weather said it was going to be in in the 90s temperature wise the next day). Within 15-20 minutes, we received a call from Kathy indicating that they had received our service request and they wanted to set up a service time for the next morning for us. She was super nice and super helpful in getting us all scheduled. The next morning, Daniel showed up right on time, and he quickly located the problem (a clogged pipe). He also noticed that one of our vents wasnt sealed properly and we were loosing a lot of cold air in the basement. He quickly and efficiently repaired the problem, including fixing the vent, and showed us a few tips to keep our A/C unit in the best condition! I cant say enough good things about the experience we had. A leak is always scary because it could be a huge problem and finding someone to fix it correctly and inexpensively can be nearly impossible. We have a variety of additional plumbing and heating/cooling projects weve been meaning to get to (but havent actually bit the bullet in hiring someone), and now I have a go-to company for all future projects! Customer for life! UPDATE: We had a new issue come up with our A/C unit (unrelated to the first repair), and we had CMC back out for another fix. Daniel was our technician again, and we were thoroughly impressed for a second time! He was courteous, efficient, and fixed out problem quickly (a rusted part on our older unit was causing the unit to not cool the air correctly). He also remembered all the details from the first service call (6 weeks ago)! Absolutely cant say enough good things about this company!

Had to have drain pipes replaced. Got a few prices. CMCs was in the right price range, a bit lower maybe, but they got the job just because of Dan. When he came out to quote I got so much more information from him than any of the others. But mostly, my wife and I got the confidence that this guy knew exactly what to do and how to do it, committing to us to keep costs to a minimum all along the way. When Dan and Jamie got going on the project, yeah, it was messy, but they did their absolute best to minimize that mess. He gave me updates along way, not all of which were good news. Definitely not their fault. Hey, the house is 45 years old. What they discovered about our situation was that it needed serious work. He and Jamie busted up and hauled away over 40 of concrete they then had to mix up and replace when the pipes were fixed. Assured that Dan honestly tried to keep the job to a minimum and the cost as low as he possibly could, we were certain we picked the right team for the job. Seriously, if youre weighing prices or timing estimates or whatever details you are going over to get your stuff done, do not hesitate to plug CMC in for the job. This is our first experience with CMC but we told Dan after the job was done that CMC is now our full time plumbing (and probably heating and AC too) company. Thanks Dan and Jamie.

We hired CMC to fix an ongoing sewer line issue we were having. From time-to-time water would back up in our basement floor drain. Rob and his crew quickly determined that a number of factors, which included tree root infiltration and a "belly" or dip in the line, were the culprits. These issues made us prime candidates for a dig-up and complete replacement of the sewer line. However, because we did not have an accessible clean-out in our yard and, more problematically, our line ran under our driveway, our only option was for a sewer liner (the no-digging-required, "trench-less" solution). After doing a bit of research on my own, I quickly realized that this was the way to go. I made the call to install the liner and they were in and out in a day. Ill be honest, its not cheap, but considering it comes with a ten year warranty AND is essentially a permanent solution to all our troubles, I believe it was worth every penny. Besides, its hard to put a price on our new-found piece of mind, knowing that well never have an issue again. No more rooter service calls, no more water in the basement, no more headaches!!! These guys are great with everything they do. Ive used them for heating, cooling and plumbing for the last several years. Theyve replaced my air conditioner, lined my sewer line, and serviced my furnace. Most recently, my furnace died over the weekend, and they were here quickly, and fixed the problem, despite the fact that they were bombarded with calls due to the extreme cold in the area. All in all, theyve been great whether it was a big job, small job, or emergency call (like this past weekend). They are honest and sincerely do their best to keep your repair costs down, while at the same time explaining what your options are on bigger jobs. Finally, I recommend that any homeowner sign up for their Service Partner Membership: for a reasonable sign up fee you receive free service calls (including after hours emergencies), as well as significant discounts on parts/labor for jobs. My membership has paid for itself 4 times over, and gives me the peace of mind that I wont pay an arm and leg if my heating, cooling, or plumbing need service, especially when it happens after hours. They make the worst part of owning a home (heating, plumbing and cooling maintenance) that much easier.

It was a warm and humid Saturday afternoon, which happened to be the day before our son’s first birthday party, when our central air stopped working. Since we were expecting a house full of guests the next day, I contacted CMC Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. Approximately one hour after I contacted CMC Plumbing, Heating & Cooling to request service, a CMC technician arrived at our home and was able to make the necessary repair. If it was not for CMC Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, our son’s first birthday party would have not been as enjoyable and memorable. I believe CMC Plumbing, Heating & Cooling’s commitment to customer satisfaction, prices, and timely response to service requests are superior and undoubtedly separates them from other competitors.

I have the program through consumers, where you pay a bit every month for them to service your appliances. Well I have been having problems with my central air unit for some time now and finally consumers energy told me they "couldnt fix it" and I would have to call someone else. I called CMC that evening and they came out the next morning to shoot a special dye into my unit to find a leak, if there was one. Well sure enough there is a leak and now that I know what the problem is I can get it fixed. Thanks to CMC for the prompt response to my call and for taking the time to explain the workings of the unit to me. Thank you for listening to my concerns, you have a customer for life.
